We had the best breakfast this morning at Las Palapas West Point in NB! We have had a stressful couple of weeks. Seemed like a little pampering was in order ..Our very complicated order came exactly correct; our server Madel was superior; the cook did an outstanding job on our conveluded requests, and the manager, Rosalyn, was gracious with our praise. This was a perfect way to start the weekend. Blessings to everyone who contributed to our excellent experience.b
We’ve been here quite a few times, and this place never disappoints. From the outside you wouldn’t think it’s a nice restaurant because it has a drive-through, but approved us wrong. They have nice booths and a very quaint ambience. Our food is always amazing. We love the chicken ranch tacos, and my husband likes the El Carbone salad with queso on top. There ice tea is fresh brewed. Abby was our service time she was amazing. You should come visit the place.
Nikki is awesome. She is friendly and very attentive. We come here every Friday morning for Men’s Group.
Waitress was great. We had 9 people and was only brought 2baskets of chips. Yes she did replace them once but I really feel we should have had 3baskets. Just my thought. Everything was good.
Nikki was on point from the entrance greeting, the prompt sitting, the energetic professional timely service, from taking my order, to the fresh chips and drink to go. She's definitely takes pride. Well I got the correct order but the food today taste like feet.... I normally enjoy Las Palapas but not today. I simply ordered a 2 taco Lunch Combo and two hard shell crispy tacos. I don't know what is going on but I had to throw $15.00 + a 20% tip in the trash. Disgusting taste in my mouth... please do taste test for this restaurant. My Business will be elsewhere. Thank you
This has become my new go-to location. Good food, great service and friendly staff. Dulce is always very friendly and very attentive. Always keeps my sweet tea full, which is my biggest thing! Keep up the great work.
We have been eating at Las Palapas for years! It is a great place for home-cooked style Mexican food. Our wait person, Nikki, is amazing. She always remembers us and makes us feel so welcome. We love it here.
This is our favorites lunch spot! They are very quick and we especially love Nikki, she remembers what we like and brings it right out when we get here and is very quick and efficient. Not to mention she’s very sweet, best server we’ve ever had. We love palapas!
Food was good and the service was great!! Cici was super sweet and attentive in taking care of us. We will definitely be back!
