Haven't had service this bad in a lot of years. 4 occupied tables in the restaurant with 2 servers. Waited nearly an hour for nachos and tacos. They arrived cold. Continually had to look for, and call our waiter for service. Went to the counter for service, and made me wait for my waiter to be helped at the counter. The waiter was a nice guy, but the service was horrendous.I later found out that my son-in-law had a similar experience last month.Avoid this place. Find a different one.

Not impressed! Went through the drive through and ordered two shredded chicken tacos. I order these tacos all the time and they’re on corn tortillas with shredded chicken, lettuce, cheese and tomato. Pulled off and opened my tacos to find the wrong ones (they gave me the fajita chicken tacos with bacon). Went back through the drive through and told them what was wrong. They handed me a new bag so I drove off once again and upon opening them they’re the WRONG tacos again. I decided to go inside and speak to the manager. She apologized and went to the back to get the correct ones made. I stood up front waiting for ten minutes (they were not busy with customers at this time) and still no tacos! I told them to forget it and left. Don’t waste your time here

Outstanding in every way - the food, the service, the atmosphere! Vera, our server, was delightful - cheerful and always noticed when our drinks needed filling. Abby, the manager, was on the floor assisting wherever needed - at most Las Palapas managers either hide in the back or tell servers to do whatever even though they are busy. So refreshing! We'll be making the drive from San Antonio more often!

During “a big freeze” and on our way to Austin for a volleyball tournament, we were hoping to stop at Willie’s but they were closed. Las Palapas was open, although short staffed. Emory was our server and did it all: made our amazing margaritas, memorized our order and paid great attention to us. The food was outstanding. So fresh and tasty. Really glad Willie’s was closed.

Awesome service there, plus felt very warm comfortable with the atmosphere including the food so delicious enjoy it very well... Wanted 2eat another bite but another visit 4sure... Thank you... Great food...

Went in for breakfast and had a lovely meal. Service was great. Paid the bill and left leaving a 30% tip. Days later when I received the charge on my card, someone had gone back in and added additional food over an hour after we left the restaurant. I called management and was told I would have to come in to the store and PROVE the overcharge. The manager had me wait over 15 minutes. He wasn't polite and never once apologized for the inconvenience. Reluctantly, he gave me my money back. I said thank you before I left and he grunted at me and walked away. So disappointed! This use to be one of my favorite breakfast places.

They have forgotten catered meals twice now even after confirming each time. This is a large volume of food to simply forget. The first time they comped the meal, the second time they didn't and just showed up late. These were orders feeding over 150 ppl so catering is not recommended.

We had our special event catered by Las Palapas, at Creekside in New Braunfels. A huge shout out to them for being great! Abby was wonderful to deal with. They were very accommodating to changes, professional and friendly. They set up like pros and served with smiles. It was a great experience! Thank you for helping us make my Mom's 100th birthday party special!! I Highly recommend you!

Just as you would expect a Las Palapas to be. Service is sometimes ehhh and sometimes good. Food is generally same as it was last time. Wicked good tamales.Go get desert at a sweet shop near there.

The wait..for our order wad 1 hr. I understand that they had a new chef, but the server didn't come back to us, we had to ask about our food. The beans was SUPER SALTY... I was dissappointed...
