Over the last couple of years, Kora Kora has been under new management and what an amazing change for the best it has been! I love going there now! The BOHO inspired theme is welcoming, relaxing, and inspires that "sit and work" kinda feeling. I love it! Also, the staff is SUPER friendly and the coffee is delicious! They have a nice assortment of pastries (the cranberry orange scone is my favorite!) and the Los Gallos tacos are also good. OH! And make sure to try the avocado toast with a drizzle of balsamic - so good!! Also, the sitting areas and work stations all have outlets and USB ports to connect to - I love that!! As a local REALTOR® who works from home, I love setting up my laptop to get some work done and it's a fantastic place for work meeting and to meet clients
In the land of live country music, this a hipster coffee refuge with lots of charm and friendly service. In my experience, cool trendy coffee bar comes with attitude and aloof service. Not here, the staff is so friendly and welcoming it threw me off the first time I went. The breakfast tacos are filling and surprisingly good value. Lots of little shops in the area to explore as well. I’ve been here at least a dozen times now and plan to continue. Highly recommend!
The atmosphere here is great! The employees are also very nice! I wasn't much of a coffee person till I started coming here. Since then I've ventured out and tired other places but no one makes my latte like how they do it. It's a great place to study and that's what I often do when I come here. The coffee has become a positive part of my stressful study sessions :)
Great coffee and chai! Baked goods are good too. Awesome small place to hang out, study, or chit-chat. They’ve redecorated and the place looks awesome! Definitely love the changes made. So glad they’re nearby! Also in Gruene so if you’re wanting to sip and shop this is a great first stop.
I absolutely adore Kora Kora! It's some of the best coffee I have ever had and I drive 15 mins out of the way, past 3 other coffee places to get to it. I have never been disappointed. Their seasonal flavors are always excellent, but the baristas are always willing to suggest something tasty as well. I love what the new owners have done to the inside- it's a cute, trendy place to relax. But they have kept true to what Kora has always been about- delicious coffee.
This place is so cute and so yummyyy! They have delicious scones and pastry’s baked in house by Maddie. The baristas are always so nice and welcoming even to someone who doesn’t know much about coffee! I had their butter maple latte and will absolutely be making this my new regular spot! 100% recommend!
Great coffee in a tastfuly designed shop with an excellent service.
Coffee tasted burnt. Exchanged for another…just as bad. Limited menu. Avocado toast was so so. Breakfast burrito was doughy and eggs were mushy.
Awesome place. I have been going here for years, it has been totally remodeled recently and it’s awesome! The staff is super helpful and they let me read labels for my food allergies. They have lots of gluten free food options which makes me super happy, since i’m allergic to wheat. It’s family owned and run too. Highly recommend this place to anyone!
I just love these folks!!! The coffee is great, but the people here are even better. I never have a better start to my day then when I begin with coffee at Kora Kora!
