I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and paid for the 8 piece family. They only gave me 6 pieces and when I looked for the receipt noticed they didn't give me that either. Nice criminal operation.
First time and last here. Went to pay for my food and the girl made it sound like something was dropped and was gonna have me pull forward as a guy was bringing my food which makes me think he dropped my food and brought it anyways. No ice in my soda and it was only filled half way and covered on the side in soda. Didn’t get a straw. And then she forgot to give me my change and when I asked for it she looked at me dumb founded. Need to get some competent workers here. Worst part is I was the only person in line and no one even inside eating. Makes you wonder what has them acting so strangely when not even busy ???
Our local KFC closed a few years ago so I don't get to have it often, but it is always delicious. We got original recipe plus taters, green beans, cole slaw and mac/chz. Plus biscuits. It took us a couple of days to eat it all, but we loved every bite!
Went through drive through.... took way too long. And the food was not good, tge breading was greasy. Also the price has gone too high for that kind of food. Not going back
I work in the same shopping center as kfc so I don't need to drive, I walk over, I only have 30 min for lunch and I go there 2-3 times a week. They are constantly closing the lobby. I had to goto another restaurant and spend nearly 3 times as much.
Canceled my online order told the door dash driver they didn’t have the chicken I ordered NOT TO TELL ME! Charged me anyway. Won’t answer the phone. So they stole my money and tried to hide it maybe the guy from door dash who text me anyway should be the manager.
Was really salty and the chicken breading was extremely soggy. Both my boyfriend and I got severe stomachaches within an hour of eating here. Do not recommend.
They were out of crispy chicken. We decided to wait for fresh. Food was incredible and the service was amazing! Best KFC around!
Wow… look how delicious this #6 meal is. This looked unappetizing and just “soggy” no crispy no crust, missing skin, just horrible, the worst chicken i ever seen in my life. Lol told the girl “this does not look appetizing and she said “you want another thigh?” Uhhh more like give me a new meal or return money back but i didnt wanna cause a scene. Took it home, threw it in the trash, and made my own chicken. Wished i had time to go in heb to buy a whole cooked chicken, but got a new born baby with me and he wasn’t happy.Wasted 10.27 + gas/time.This is my 4th try, wont be back. Everytime i try them it just getting worsened.The people that work there are nice, but food wise, save your money and go somewhere else. Unless you want a beat up soggy chicken. Very disappointed in the work ethnic on sending out food like this.
my potatoes were half eaten. Now I don't trust the rest of the order. They will not answer the phone. I am absolutely grossed out by KFC and probably will never be able to eat there again. very gross
