Freaky slow is more like it. I waited 20minutes for my curbside order before walking into the store. Now don’t get me wrong if it was busy or short staffed then I wouldn’t have been upset. But 3 people working this location so come on. The lady at the register was nice but the 2 in the back were to busy flirting with one another and doing everything but make the sandwiches. I watched several orders all go through before mine was even noticed (until I walked in). Definitely ruins my jimmy johns craving knowing this is the location and staff I have to deal with.
Poor guy working here is all alone. He was polite and let me know ahead of time there were many orders to still get out. I didn’t mind waiting. He is doing such a great job and I hope y’all can get some other team members hired soon.
The guy working the register has no customer service skills. Not sure what his name is but he is not friendly or helpful at all. Get someone else behind the register.
I got the Black & Bleu sandwich the bread was as hard as a brick and the rest of the sandwich was inedible it was the worst sandwich I've ever tried to eat in my life!!! ???

Seems to be freaky fast ONLY applies to in store ordersIve ordered delivery 1x a week for the last 4wks...& im always told 20 mins or less for delivery.....yet NOT 1 time has it EVER arrived in less than 45-50 mins..heck today took 1.5 hrs. Freaky Fast Right..lol? And for the 2nd time the orders been wrong...definitely not worth the wait to have it corrected.

These guys used to be reliable, the last 2 out of 3 orders have taken an hour plus, I cancelled my most recent order after an hour. Hope they get their business together but I'm done ordering from this location.
The customer service here from the male owner is absolutely horrible! I thought maybe the first bad experience was he was having a bad day. But he is very rude and very unprofessional every time I go here. Yesterday I ordered 5 sandwiches and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get food, which I didn’t mind. But when the owner yelled at me thinking the one sandwich on the counter for a “Jessica” was mine after I told him no my name is “candice” and I have 5 sandwiches. He got upset and said “well it’s someone’s and it’s just sitting there…” I’ll be driving to San Marcos for my jimmy johns for a while. Hopefully you guys can fix this. The only reason I’m not giving one star is the food is still good.
