Not good.We went there 2 weeks and they had a sign on the door stating they were closed due to an electrical issue.Today, there was a sign that said they were out of bread.We have a lot of choices for eating out closer to us.We probably won't be back.
I never have a good experience coming to this location. They let their in person customers wait 10+ minutes before asking for an order because they are so focused on “to-go”.Waited 10 minutes and was told they have 6 to go orders to get to before my 2 sandwiches as I stand right in front of them.Let’s work on how you focus your customer service.It is worth the drive to Kyle location.
I ordered two tuna subs through the app on Friday during lent. 3/11/2022, Location called me back and said they didn't have tuna. I asked for a refund of my $20.38 and my points back. After 4 emails and 4 phone calls they still will not credit my card. Long time customer of Jersey Mike's and will never go back due to this location. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They are thieves.My bank will reverse the charges and I'll report to the BBB. Pathetic management.
Restaruant has gone downhill the last couple of visits. I ordered 3 sandwiches online today for pickup, they somehow managed to mess up all 3 of them...... I get one mistake but all 3 sandwiches?? That almost seems intentional even though I'm confident that it's just incompetence.
I come here a lot for lunch. I’ve tried mobile ordering and waiting in line. Today I mobile ordered 20 minutes before arrival and then waited as 10 people walked in and got the food before my mobile order was even finished. I’ve also tried to walk in before and had to wait due to mobile orders going first. Really I’m just not sure there is a way to get your food here quickly. Disappointing since this is the only location in the area.
Staff took ages to make my food. Two of the guys in the back didn’t even bother to come out and help the worker in the front. The food was prepared alright and tasted fine but was definitely not worth the $40 I payed for 4 sandwiches. This place could use a little work and I’d recommend going somewhere else unless you’re fine with waiting 20 minutes.
Wow. Witnessed the staff give a sandwich to a customer, who opened it and touched it. He told them it wasn't his order. They then re-wrapped it for the door dash order. When I told them they couldn't give that to a customer, the supposed guy in charge with food dangling from his beard said it wasn't my order and not to worry about it. Said I wasnt leaving until he threw it away. Witness the same guy take a food knife to open a non food package and then hand it back to another employing to slice sandwiches. It's impressive how bad this experience was.
Watched everyone go to the back and vape except one guy making all of the subs. I waited 30 mins for my order which had been already been placed 30 minutes before I arrived. Then the dude with curly hair just decides he is going to go outside while everyone else works before I get my order.
If I have not been eating Jersey Mike for over 10 years, I would never eat it again after the sandwich I got today at this location. There was too much oil & vinegar on the sandwich. The bread was soggy and the sandwich wrapper was oily. I got uncooked bacon and asked for items on the side that were put on the sandwich. Time to find another location that can make it right!
I have to say, this is one of the absolute WORST stores I have ever visited. The staff were rude (except the young lady with the colored hair, she was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience) unorganized, not friendly, and short. I noticed there were 2 guys in the back just talking and laughing while the line of customers just continued to grow. I ordered a giant 56, it took about 20 minutes to actually get the order taken, so when the colored hair girl got the order for the grill she put lots of love and effort into making my sub. Honestly, it was probably one of the best subs I'd ever bought from Jersey Mike's if it wasn't for the service- or lack there of. So with that being said, as long as I notice she's working, I'll definitely be back to get one of these guys again.
