We visited last weekend and had a poor experience. Before I posted this review, I shared the message below directly to the restaurant to give them an opportunity for a reply. It's been a week with no reply, so I'm following through with sharing my experience. Message sent to the restaurant via their contact form: First time visit to your restaurant today. Cody was our waiter. Ordered the spicy sausage and margherita pizzas. Both pizzas were floppy, tasteless, greasy messes. The spicy sausage was so greasy and floppy, it had to be slid from the dish and rolled to pick up. Zero flavor - just spicy. The margherita was flavorless cheese bread and anyone who orders it should be explicitly informed it has no tomato sauce. Especially first-time visitors. Our waiter didn't come back to the table for about 10 minutes after the pizzas were delivered. He asked how everything was and I told him it was not so good and shared the above observations. He asked if we wanted our pizzas to be put back in the oven. Really? The offer should have been to ask if we wanted something else. At the end of the meal Cody told us we probably didn't want to go boxes because we didn't like the meal. We agreed. I never asked for a discount on the meal, because it was more about how poor the food was. That said, I was disappointed to see that nothing was done...not a credit towards our next visit, not an offer of something else, not a dessert, not any form of discount. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience. I won't put a review online until I hear back from this communication. I'd rather have the feedback make a positive change than vent online.

This was definitely one of the worst pizza places we have experienced. This was our third time here. Tried it again but the experience was awful. The service was lousy . The pizzas came out cold. I cannot recommend Infernos. The ambiance is not comfortable, and the music, if you can call music, is terrible.

Cool place, during week doesn't get to crowded. We had 3 different pizza. Drinks were ok but all pizza was to greasy, so much that we needed use paper towels to try to remove oil as much possible.

This pizza place was pretty darn good! The variety options all sounded delicious so is a must to go back for those. They have scorpion pepper (2nd hottest pepper) meat I will have to try next time. Visiting my parents they invited us to try this pizza place and it was well worth it, better than most Houston pizza place I've tried. The sweet and spicy BBQ pizza sauce was good, but a little too sweet, I wish it was 30% spicier since I feel that adds flavor and a good kick to pizza. The appetizer was good, but with the sauce even better! As for the drinks they have about 20 margherita options with an alcoholic beverage in each one! The drink I got was amazing and the price for them well worth it. They even have one with 2 dos XX bottles in it for only $14! Definitely come try this place out.

We order from here about every 2 weeks, things usually go well but tonight was extremely disappointing. No Caesar dressing for a Caesar salad and a kids spaghetti with barely any sauce once the meatball was removed. I guess quality control had the night off tonight. I called in after seeing this and the guy on the phone could have cared less. I guess they get so much business that service doesn’t matter anymore.

Pizza is great, servers are wonderful. Just need to clean the tables faster. There were lots of empty tables can be available for guests, but they are not cleaned. Guests are waiting a long line for it. Today we saw a guest even walked to the tables, he helped clean two dirty tables for servers.

Great location down the street from Gruene Hall. Kinda small parking lot. You have to park on the street if it’s packed. Service and food were great. We ordered the bruschetta, pepperoni pizza, boss hog pizza, Greek salad, and sangria margarita. The bruschetta bread was awesome. The pizza’s were great made fresh in a pizza oven. We enjoyed the atmosphere, and food. We will be back.

Cary,As a day one employee here I can say I'm disappointed. The pizzeria has lost its traditional intrinsic, pure values. Instead, it appears $$$ is the first priority. I'm not even gonna dive into the dosarita's being served at slightly higher than half full (I know you can get away with it because that's how it's pictured.)I ordered an infernos pizza, no shredded chz sub fresh mozz, extra crispy.((it gets too cheesy for me and this is the way maintaining the grease)). It comes cooked regular & I ask what went wrong. The waiter takes it away then brings it back & says "it can't be made that way".It later got sent away the second time to be made correctly... however we paid a $10 UPCHARGE TO SUB OUT CHEESE. That's enough for 2lbs of cheese & remind you I worked here long enough to see costs from vendors. My second pizza that came out with significantly lighter cheese didn't even pass Old Manager David's Flop Test. At the end of the day I paid $30… for a pie that was barely made correctly and obviously lacking ingredients because it had to be remade. Luckily it's my birthday and my mama picked up the bill. MY MOM IS THE REAL MVP AT THE END OF THIS EXPERIENCEObstacles courses.. obstacle courses.. much respect & mad love for the place. Just lost their ways.Maybe it's spelt Kary, I hope you fix what's broken(the training)- OG employee

The most amazing food and great friendly staff. The best place to catch the game.

Parking area is small, but the food is worth it. I like the outdoor seating, but indoor isn't bad on cold days/nights. The wait staff is kind and attentive. They have great food and good drinks. Lots of options to choose from.
