In and Out is very overrated. Today was my second time there I got the number one. The fries were cold and soggy with some overcooked and some undercooked mixed in. The burger became a mess after one bite. The beef is very good quality but the bun was stale and crusty. I went a month ago and the burger waspaper thin on a single the vegetables were fresh but the bun was not good. I won't be going back.
This restaurant was the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Staff was very friendly. The restrooms were just as clean as the rest of the place. The food was hot and fresh. What a first impression! Great job!

I lived in Southern California for several years from the mid 90s to the early 2000s and ate In-N-Out a lot. The Texas locations usually have a different beef taste, possibly due to the distance it has to travel, or the different source of beef due to location from the originating franchise, but its still good. This location was very delicious, but it may possibly be a prep fable issue with the tomatoes and lettuce having an excessive amount of vegetable wash water on them, subsequently ending up on the double double the 3 times I've eaten here. Made the burger a bit soggy and messy. But still delicious. Employees here are very courteous and welcoming. Especially the girl at the register that had braces. She even walked around the dining area and asked everyone at each table how their experience was going and to clean between costumers, which was very pro-active of her. If it weren't for the somewhat mess that the burgers usually are due to the spread diluting and dripping every where from the toppings' water, i would eat here more often. I should probably ask if toppings on the side is somehow an option so I can pat them dry with napkins before putting them into my burger, but oh well.
Everybody at this location is extremely polite and I caught a great time with barely anyone else around.Everyone has their own preferred menu options, and you only have yourself to blame if you order burgers and fries at face value (though admittedly even extra well fries are still somewhat lacking). Mustard and grilled onions are strongly recommended!
We ate here yesterday and completely disappointed. The burger Pattie’s were so dry and have no flavor. There were so much lettuce and onion that was all we could taste. So disappointed. The fries were cold. Milkshake wasn’t too bad. Definitely won’t be coming back here again.
I'm always impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff is at In-N-Out Burger, they never disappoint me. The food is always prepared perfectly and the orders are always perfect, nothing ever left out and always very tasty. I can't say enough good things...........EXCEPTIONAL!!
Consistently delicious food. Superfast service and those Animal Fries are the absolute best!Or should I just say...Whataburger who?
I order a double double but ask if they can keep 1 of the patties& cheese on the side for my service dog.....no problem!
