The waitress said 2 words to me thank you, she never smiled. The eating area needed a deep cleaning and so does the buffet serving area. You would of been thinking with the place closed during covid (all restaurant) would of had time themself being owner taken the time to clean .I feel sick thinking what does the kitchen look like.
They get a one because you're not giving the option to rate lower.Its really sad that it's becoming harder and harder to get quality food and service for the prices we as consumers have to pay.I realize that we all as tax payers and business owners are paying more for everything these days.The food at this place at this giving day was sub par just to be nice on this forum.Crawfish was old I couldn't eat it,just be short and to the point the WHOLE buffet selection looked old and lifeless.the ice melted in my tea glass the waiter never refilled it or asked I didn't say a word!!I let the waiter slit his own throat,I believe in tipping and I am a generous tipping person I myself am in the service industry.Needless to say this waiter didn't get a red cent from me!! Not only that I will never step foot in this establishment ever again
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I will be turning them in for a health inspection. We had a group gather for a family occasion and no one finished any of their main dishes! They were so gross and each bite of a different dish, we were hoping for it to get better but it was worse! We discussed leaving. Ended up sitting visiting and just taking up table space! 3 of 4 in our family felt ill and needed restroom facilities! We will NEVER be back! Disgusting just thinking about this to write it! Too much money to make yourself sick!
So dark, no background music. We felt like we couldn’t even talk to each other. The food was awful. Husband literally spit out food because it was so gross and cold. Nothing seemed fresh. We were there for maybe 30mins. Original tab was $33, military discount gets you $1 off!! Paid $32 and absolutely not worth it at all, and we got waters.
So my sister and I went tonight to have dinner. We had just sat down when a lady and her husband walked in with a pet that was labeled illegally as a service dog walked in. The hostess not only illegally pointed out my dog who was in a quiet down stay under the table. But also sat this pet right behind us. Even though I asked politely to not place them near us as my dog was medical equipment and I don’t know that dog. As my dogs been attacked multiple times by pets where they don’t belong. The hostess did anyways. I had to watch around us to make sure this dog was on a flexi wouldn’t run to our table. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PETS HOME! ITS ILLEGAL TO FAKE SERVICE DOGS AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO THOSE WHO HAVE AND NEED THEM. This is what my dog was wearing tonight.
Worst food EVER !! Not even warm every thing was cold and disgusting . The crawfish was black and had molded on inside . The only thing I enjoyed there was the lady that was attentive to my table . Paid $30 for two bites . Never AGAIN. PLEASE listen when I say you have a better chance of finding better food by eating off the ground somewhere else .
Everything was mush. Nothing actually hot. They did offer basic sushi. Hot and sour soup had nothing in it. Chicken on a stick had some weird sauce on it and was mush.
Took my staff to lunch today - everyone is sick and throwing up. Should have been a sign when the hostess had a a roller in her hair and was curling her hair at host stand.Watched the staff just laugh ? when a Lil girl put to much food on her plate and then used her hands to put the food ? back in the buffet bowl.Hopefully my guys won't be sick tomorrow work - if I could give negative stars I would. I guess at end of day you get what you pay more, when I a buffet is cheaper then a #1 combo at whataburger it should def be a sign.
Food was barely warm at best. Hot tea was good. Taste was not what I expected. I have not been to a worse restaurant since owing to Texas. I have eaten in some great places in China . Needs help.
We ate there Saturday the two days after Thanksgiving and I have been sick ever since. The staff was very friendly but the food and restrooms were so poor that we are not going to return unless we start reading different reviews in time.
