Stopped by for breakfast on a recommendation. Wife had the skillet with the bratwurst and I had the schnitzel and eggs. Both were superb. The jager sauce on the skillet was the perfect addition. The schnitzel was a gorgeous golden brown, the breading flaky and the hollandaise on top was a wonderful contrast. The potatoes were crispy, the coffee was hot, and the service was impeccable. Having just moved to this part of Texas we're actively searching for our new brefast spot. Fork and Spoon is currently sitting at the top of the list. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived 10 after 8, were seated right away. They have limited seating so tried to put party of 5 at a booth with one person on the end, I refuse to spend money to sit cramped up that way, they moved some tables together for us. The wait for our food was incredibly long, even our server was wondering about our food she commented. 3 cups of coffee later we were served cold food at 9am. I don’t mind waiting for good food but I do mind waiting for mediocre at best and cold food.We ordered chicken fried chicken breakfast, the Jillian eggs Benedict, Omas breakfast with crepes, the fork and spoon breakfast and the chicken and pancakes. Entire Omas breakfast served cold, the crepes were swimming drowned in too runny of a sauce, potatoes for each of us that got them came out cold. Benedict dry and bland with bland hollandaise and one of the eggs way over poached. Pancakes on chicken and pancakes were so under done server offered to have more made when she sat it at the table which she should’ve just done rather than to even offer.

Good food, good service. The wait staff was courteous, and attentive to our table without being annoying. The food was good and prepared as ordered. I had the Ranch Hand which came with 3 eggs, 2 out of 3 meat choice, seasoned cottage potatoes (very well prepared) and a biscuit with gravy; all very tasty. My wife had a 2 egg breakfast with cottage potatoes and a crepe. The coffee was very good. Business was brisk, but we did not have a wait and food was delivered within a few minutes of ordering. The prices are within reason for a tourist-town. We will patronize again in the future.

This is directed to the owners of this establishment. My husband was born and raised in Germany so this lack of customer service is just not the expectation from German owners. So, had high expectations for this place. Went today to try their breakfast. Was looking forward to the experience. We put our name on the list was told we would receive a text to let us know when table ready. Watched as 2 other couples that arrived after us be called to be seated. Husband went in to inquire and was told by the hosted that she had paged us. Looked at our phone and nope, no text. We had waited 20 or more minutes. Hosted said she would call us next. Call me old fashion but customer service is at the top of my list in giving businesses my business. So after our original wait we walked. You owners need to come up with a more equitable way of seating your guests. This restaurant is no longer on our to do list! Ich kann es auch in Deutsch sagen. Die Speisekarte sah wirklich verlockend Aus , aber die Kunden freundlich Keith ist unter aller Kanone. Echt eine große Enttäuschung.

Breakfast is great. Eggs Benedict are fantastic. The schnitzel is on point. And the service is great.

This place is amazing for any meal!! I went for breakfast and got the full order of blueberry pancakes and oh my gosh!!! They were huge!! The service is top notch and the music playing in the background is awesome!! A great place to eat with friends or the family!!! Highly recommended!!

Looks like this place is always busy therefore i had high expectations and i do have a sweet tooth and from what i read they are known for their bread and paistries. The food we ordered was pretty good specially the omlet, i like the way they cooked the eggs and the potatoes weren't super greasy. I was disappointed with the pancakes, the crapes and the bisquettes though, not the best. Our server was nice and attentive. We waited about 20 min. To be seated which is something i don't mind doing if it's worth the wait. I think i might give it another chance some time.

One of the dishes we tried was the tour of Germany, didn’t think I would like it but it was really good. Great experience and tried something new! Will definitely be returning to try out more breakfast options because it looks delicious

Very VERY Happy with customer service and wonderful variety and variations on their menu. They had healthy options like Salmon salad including letting me adjust the menu items to appease to my diet. Thank you so much Fork and Spoon. I will definitely be coming back !!!

Stopped in for breakfast on my way home from San Antonio. The wait was 40 minutes, so I opted to eat at the bar. I was seated and my server greeted me right away. I ordered the eggs benedict, it was delicious! The potatoes were amazing, crispy on the outside, very light on the inside. Forgot to take a picture. :-( This is in the top three breakfast spots in New Braunfels. I highly recommend this place, even though this was my first visit. Besides my wonderful server, the rest of the staff was very friendly. I don't live in New Braunfels, but I will definitely be back.
