Well I can start with. Ordering our food with a little bacon cheeseburger and the bacon cheeseburger for my kid and I. Thinking all went well. We got to the table and was checking my email and notice the receipt have 2 little cheeseburger. Rushed to the counter to let them know the guy charge me for 2 little. So the lady at the counter said “oh”. Well let me make you one single patty. She called me after a few minutes with a small foil tray. Felt super light for a redo. Opened it and she just made me a single. ???. The customer service in this place is hilarious.
Not sure when it opens. The sign and web-site says 11AM (7 days a week). I called from the parking lot at 11:05 and was told by someone that answered that they are training people today and not open. Went somewhere else.
We love 5 guys! However this location has a big issue. The manager and another employee stayed in the back of the house while the ONLY other employee ran the register, cooked the burgers, assembled the burgers, and ran the fryer. The result: waited 20 minutes for something that is usually out in 5 (web order) and fries that were cold and stale. This is not the employees fault. This is a management issue that shows lack of respect for their employees and the customer. Will not go back to this location.
Honestly the burgers are delicious but at the price point, holy smokes. $10 just for a burger and family of five this is the same price as a sit down restaurant. What happened to $5 a burger?
Food was ok. We ordered everything on our burgers....the guy thought he'd do the same on my 5 year old's grilled cheese--mushrooms, onions, lettuce and tomato on a grilled cheese????
Food was great although pricey. Still 5 stars since the burgers are massive. The employees here are polite and talkative to customers. Everything is very clean. Burgers and fries are amazing like all 5 Guys I’ve been to.
Five guys is delish... a lil pricey but goodEverytime I go to this location the milkshake machine is always out of order & the last time so was some of the soda options?
