I didn't have a good experience that morning. I ordered a Latte and a Kolache but the darn Kolache was all Doughy and heavy and had a hot dog Weiner inside. Yuck. I then gave it back one of the Managers there that Morning and she just looked at me and didn't offer me anything else? I had to asked for a donut. Plus I wasnt given back the difference between the price of a Darn donut and Kolache. I won't go back. I use to love Dunkin. I was very dissatisfied.
I went for a couple of glazed Donuts and they look old no fresh. The glazed was already absorbed. No good experience. ?
Customer service is always above and beyond. Coffee is better than most other coffee shops in the city. It is also reasonably priced. Restaurant is clean and in a convenient location. Do yourself a favor, download the App for Dunkin and save on drinks and even get free treats every now and then.
This Dunkin' now includes a BR 31 (Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors) inside it's doors (Yay!) We got in at 8:30 p.m., but they locked their door at 8:45 although the hours on Google Maps says they're open till 9:00. Two families (8 people in this case) arrived after the doors were locked but before 9 p.m. They we're disappointed.
It was ok but I just wish thhe service was better I gave it a 1 star because I swear she was a trainnie she took my phone out of my hands well I was showing her my order and had to get help 2 times.
The employees don’t know how to make frozen drinks. They also don’t remake drinks when they’re made wrong. They do offer refunds, though.
This place seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers. Service sucked and coffee was not hot. Stick to local coffee shops. Never again will we stray away for convenience.
I walked in yesterday (12/11/21) during my lunch. I approached the counter, and after standing there for a minute or two no on tended to me. I jangled my keys and "hello" but two individuals behind the counter did not make eye contact and acted like I wasn't there. So, I walked out the door and spent my money somewhere else. Their loss.
We Went today and asked if we could get one of the do it yourself kit’s, they said they could make it work because they did not have some of the containers they needed they asked me to pull around and park in there and bring the kids out to me. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes I pull through the drive-through again and they had no idea what I was talking about I had to show them the receipt. Then waiting a few more minutes they handed me a box and said the donuts are not done I’m going to have to microwave them because they didn’t really have anything to do the do it yourself kit. There is no apology for the weight or any kind of apology for the fact they forgot about us completely. And the kit wasn’t even ready, she did not mention that the donuts would not be ready at all whenever we asked about it. I now have donuts that are not completely cooked and frozen in the middle. We are very disappointed. The only reason they don’t have one stars because they gave us the hot chocolate in the orange juice correctly.
They are literally trying to put less icing on them. Simply worst donuts in the world. So sad. Staff are amazing.
