Went inside to look at donut selections before picking. Wanted a dozen but had to stand in line about 10 min. That would be ok except that are no prices for the actual donuts on the wall. All other menu items displayed & priced except their namesake. Disappointed in the price when I asked the guy so I only bought two. Server was nice & donuts were good, but a complete waste of my time & extremely irritating. Not paying 13 bucks for 12 donuts.
Stopped in at the New Braunfels location at 5:15 on 4/9/2022 on my way to work. I bought a dozen doughnuts for my coworkers and myself. We started eating the doughnuts only to find they seemed old and stale. I called the store and was informed the Doughnuts are not made fresh in store, but are made some place else and delivered to the store. If you want fresh doughnuts in New Braunfels Texas go to Shipplies.
It was clean and the food was fresh. The staff didn't seem to happy about being there, but it was still a good experience
An old time favorite, I work an overnight job and in the mornings around 5 30am I stop in to get some fresh , still warm donuts usually with a cold chocolate milk. The staff is friendly the drive thru is fast and so far my experience with each stop has been pleasant. Dont forget they offer more than just donuts, they have drinks, kolaches and much more. Definatly recommend for your future donut craving ..
I understand the staffing struggles that have resulted due to covid... however YOUR PARKING LOT IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO JUST BE DRIVE THRU ONLY. You would serveore people via lobby... the line alone will make u wanna leave. It would make more sense to close drive thru.
Waited in line 10 minutes to get hot water with a hint of chocolate. Second time I’ve stopped and the product was very poor. Wasted a good gift card. Won’t be back sadly.
Of course it was drive thru only and we were staying at the hotel right behind this location. So we had to turn around, go back to our room, the the keys and drive over (like 100 feet). The young girl with the loooooong nails was so short and rude. Not interested in ever going back
Everything bagel with a knife be annnnd cream cheese on the side! They will toast it more or longer if you like. I also like it with avocado but I want the avocado on the side also....extra bagel sprinkles are also a good thing?
The selection of doughnuts was disappointing, the service was unpleasant, the doughnuts they did have did not taste that fresh. The coffee accounts for the two star as it was decent and good priced.
In times past, I have enjoyed DD coffee, but not this time. I ordered a sugar-free latte, and it was very weak -- I could barely taste the coffee. The service was good.
