The food is always good here. However, the last time I was here I had to inquire about my drink 3 times before it was finally served about 35-40 minutes later. I was with a group of about 12 people and when our food and beverages were served they came without napkins, utensils, straws or even plates for the starters. We could not get the waiters attention and I had to go to the bar to get our service ware. One of the worst and most frustrating dining experiences I've had in a while. One of my friends waited 15 minutes for his service ware and finally just paid and left because his food was cold before he could eat it. I'm only giving it three stars because the food is good and service is usually not like this. Management needs to do some serious training.
This is a family go to place for us. The kids (8 and 10) bring quarters and play the games. The warm Brussels salad is the best thing on the menu, but if that isn't your thing, the pizzas are great too! The staff is always friendly and as prompt as possible with all the staffing shortages. The bartenders make solid drinks.
Went here for a work party. Very enjoyable atmosphere. The bar staff was great and served you quickly.
We had our Christmas party here and it was awesome. The staff is great and very attentive. By the end of the night, they were very polite and did not try kicking us out right away. We left before they closed and we told the staff we had a great time and their services were above and beyond. Definitely recommend ?
We went there to enjoy a live recording by KNBT hosted by Ray Wiley Hubbard with guest Mr Russell of Shinyribs. The pizza called the split was delicious. Our area waitress Molly was horrible and needs to shadow talented wait staff or find a career in another field. I had to go to the bar to receive immediate and professional service. I'll go there again but might leave if Molly is our waitress.
I love the drinks here the best one I really love is the old fashion if you don't belive me why don't you give it a chance. Theirs others drinks on the menu and food and fun stuff to do here always great to come out here often.
What a surprise walking in. This beautiful old building saved yet modern. The food was delicious. A 3 lane bowling alley adds to the fun and entertaining experience. An overall great place.
