I have been here 15 minutes. I still don't have a water. I just asked for crackers and the waitress told me she was sorry that no one could help me.After 10 more minutes, I left $10 for a milk asking the person next to me to let the employee who ignored me know she got a huge tip for ignoring me.If you are a single woman, I believe you will be ignored. The families and men were served well and treated with respect. I do not recommend this reststaurant for single women no matter how much respect others, how hungry you are, or how much money you have. Go anywhere but here!!! Exxon was more respect with better service.
I've been to a lot of Denny's but by far this was the absolute best. Very rarely do you see waiters/waitress go above and beyond but here they make sure you have great service and amazing food! Our server today was Ashley, she was the best server I've ever had at any restaurant! If you are ever driving by and want to try a Denny's with amazing staff and great food that melts in your mouth this one is that place.
Fantastic service!! Our server was Slimm. He is awesome!! Quick and very attentive!! He is funny and makes sure you have everything and continues to come back often. I have to say I haven’t had service this good in quite a while. We were nervous about going back after the last time we went and service was horrible. He definitely made up for that. Denny’s is very lucky to have him.
Pros:Food is good, price was great, service was slow because they only had one server but she was great! Cons: could have been cleaner. Felt like there was a greasy film on everything.
Adam and Christian make the place perfect!We stopped in for breakfast and were uncertain how it would go since Dennys has been around a while. I was hungry and we decided to take the chance. Boy am I glad we did! We were greeted at the door of the clean restaurant by an energetic and friendly guy named Adam aka Slim, who smiled and took us to our seats. Our waiter arrived and was just as pleasant Slim. He name was Christian and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and very friendly! The breakfast was delicious! We had their endless scrambled eggs, hash browns and pancakes…what a deal for $6.99! Additional food is offered but we discovered there was plenty on the plate to fill us with one round of food! Everything was cooked to perfection, the coffee was great and the bathrooms clean. Definitely will be returning and hope to see Slim and Christian again when we do!
I understand staffing issues, but food took 40 minutes and barely warm when arrived. When we left they were warning other people, but we didn't get the warning. Our waiter was very good, we tipped well. They were trying hard.
We needed s quick lunch and decided for Denny's. Although they were short staffed, they managed to seat us, take our order, serve and pay within 30 min. Cali club and Super Bird plates were good/ tasty. Fries excellent. Friendly waitress. Clean restaurant appearance. Overall food experience.
If one dares to visit this Denny's, then s/he will be very disappointed, or downright horrified by the lack of professionalism. Facility is habitually understaffed, out of items, inconsistent with closing times, etc. We usually stand at the hostess podium 15 minutes before someone creeps out of the kitchen, terrified they might actually have to wait on a guest. The host/hostess is also the cook, cashier, server, janitor...On Christmas Eve we were actually seated, cooked for, and served by two customers that refused to wait any longer to eat. The website says Denny's is open 24/7, but were forced out the other night at 10:00 p.m. because the guy accidently forgot the restaurant closed early. Fairly certain this place is violating health codes and workplace regulations based on the shenanigans I've seen over the last few months. Without a serious revamping/intervention, this Denny's will likely be forced to close as it cannot continue to operate under such deplorable management.
Waited for almost 30 minutes with a waitress walking around, at one point with nothing else to do, just stood there. No one ever came to even get our coffee order. We finally got up and walked out! Horrible service. It’s a shame because we love Denny’s and we’ve always gotten excellent service. It would’ve been okay if she had at least acknowledged that they were short handed or apologized for the wait, but she just stood there and could’ve cared less!
Service was good very polite food did not disappoint, I ordered spicy that's what I got just like I like it. Ambiance was nice, calm and cozy. I will come back again.
