Called in an order for pickup. What I arrived about 45 minutes later they started to cook my order. They had already been paid, so what was the point of calling in. When I told the service person at the window and said I would never use them again, she flippantly told me that was just fine. WORST service I have ever had in this town. As I said I will never go back!
Scam! The prices they charge you are not the prices on the menu, they are not close (at least not when we went, maybe the GM was gone that day or something.Ordered an 8.99 meal and got charged 16.58. When i asked for a receipt they wouldn’t give me one but started reading off the order with other up charges I hadn’t ordered and they hadn’t provided. I corrected the first few and they quoted a new price: 15.11.Do not go here!
This Dairy Queen is being ran by a lot of high school students. I ordered a blizzard and my sister ordered a banana split. My sister got hers whiIe I wanted for mine. My sister ask about my ordered and when she did she noticed that the blizzard was top on the rim. When they brought it out they scoop the top off and it was dripping. We asked for the manager explained our concerns and she stated they were all training you know how that is.
Ordered my usually cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough. I just don’t understand how hard it is to understand, put the usual amount of topping, and an extra scoop for good measure. I literally ate my blizzard and didn’t get any cookie dough until I got to the very bottom, to find the fudge syrup too. So not only was there a lack of toppings I was charged extra for and didn’t receive, but the blizzard was not even prepared correctly. To whomever manages this location, need to consider re-training their staff to correctly make blizzards

Asked for crispy chicken sandwich no tomato and large fry and got 3 chicken strips on a bun with tomato and no friesAsked for 2 6pc chicken strip meals and got 4 pc chicken strips.
It is such a shame that only the drive-through is open to the public! To add to the problem, they don't give you what you need when they are bagging your order. Forgot ketchup! Had to drive back through the line again.
