Service was very slow, lobby was unavailable and we had to use drive thru (we went around 8pm, but receipt said 9:55pm, which is obviously wrong as they close at 9).My banana sundae was soupy with next to no toping (literally banana, ice cream, tiny drop of chocolate, a few pieces of pineapple, no cherries, and melted whip cream)We ordered a medium sundae in a cup with sprinkles, got a cone.By the time we got the fries they were. Cold, but the burgers were good.
Staff need more training on people skills, they need to smile n be more friendly. Make you remember them as good services n run to your location.
My wife and I stopped for a couple Blizzards. I got a Heath Blizzard. My wife got an M&M Blizzard. The staff was friendly and my order was correct so I can't complain.
My husband ordered a peanut buster parfait and asked for chocolate ice cream when they brought it out it was with vanilla my husband brought it to their attention and they just turned away they didn’t apologize asked if they can fix it they just walked away like they were upset about it that we had brought to their attention I ordered the extreme brownie blizzard that has brownies in it mine had no brownies only some chocolate chunks of shaved chocolate bar
The Sundaes is delicious and blizzards the fast food is pretty good but the frys are not that great.
We purchase ice cream sandwiches frequently from this store. Here lately, there has hardly been even any ice cream between the cookies, sometimes less than a quarter inch. Is there any quality control at this store? , as previously the ice cream sandwiches had enough ice cream on them that you could actually have an ice cream treat/experience. So sad that a store doesn’t address the quality of the goods they sell to the public!
Always on spot. Delicious. Their fries are really good! Make sure they put a n ketchup. Jalitos burger ??! Delicious I ask for my sauce on the side. Tacos are in point and I just make sure I ask for extra sauce and a fork?

The burger was fresh and hot however the medium beverages is really pretty large so be careful when you order it lol.
