Popped by Coronado's Sweet Heat BBQ truck today after running errands. These folks are so friendly and so welcoming. They treat you like family. I ordered a jalapeño beef sausage wrap and a chicken thigh jack cheese sausage wrap with their signature sweet heat sauce. They delivered it to my car so I wouldn't have to wait in the heat. The meats were terrific! Such a great balance of taste elements. These folks REALLY know flavor! If you've never been, or it's just been a while, swing by for some friendly folks and some wicked good smoked meats!
Saw reviews and was excited about trying it, pulled up and saw a trailer was a little worried but as soon as we got out of truck smell was awesome. The jalapeño and cheese sausage amazing, Brisket amazing and ribs amazing!!! We where ultra impressed!!!!! Owners are awesome to, friendliest people I’ve ever met!!!
We've never experienced customer service like this. Everyone was extremely positive and helpful. I would come here just to chat and feel happy. The food was so good and we tried most of the menu. I loved the pulled pork sandwhich.
Not only is the food DELICIOUS the guys are so nice! My only complaint from my recent stop is that I didn't get more brisket. ?
So let me start out with saying that these may in fact be the nicest guys in TX. They were very friendly and welcoming. So in my opinion the ribs were super tender and the sauce was just right. The brisket was great, nice and moist and well seasoned. As far as the sides... I tried a little of each and the cream corn was amazing, but the beans need some sweet heat sauce and they would be much better. The blueberry buckle was very good. All N' all Id go back again for sure. Keep up the good work fellas!!!??
This is the most amazing BBQ food truck on the planet! Absolutely worth the drive from San Antonio! My wife and I had the pulled pork BBQ sandwiches, broccoli pasta salad, BBQ beans, creamed corn, and blueberry buckle. Every single item was absolutely delicious and beyond reproach! These guys are KILLIN’ it!!!!! ?????

The food and service is exceptional!! The ribs are falling off the bone, all the sides are delicious and the dessert is a must try. The guys that own it and provide the service are so friendly and they go out of their way to take care of you.
Amazing BBQ, had the pulled pork sandwich with tangy sauce and it didn’t disappoint at all! It was on an amazing grilled bun that was toasted and fresh and slightly sweet but not too sweet. The blueberry buckle is HUGE and amazing. I highly recommend for the food and service, the owners are super nice and accommodating! Wonderful surprise find on our trip!
