I've been to this location a few times now recently. Every time I come here, they are out of what I want. I'm assuming Church's no longer sells spicy chicken. The last three times I've been here, they do not have spicy. We were told they actually only had wings and thighs.
Went through drive thru since i received some coupons in the mail, food was as fresh as could be! Very impressed with everything in the meal. Only thing was they did not have any spicy chicken at the time.
HorriiblE customer service. 2 nights in a row I have had to eat coleslaw with my hands. I ordered, 3 items which need a spoon and they still didn't give me one. No sauce with their shrimp or chicken strips. Fish sandwich is horrible with nothing but the fish filet and bun. Drive thru only with no signs indicating that. The 2 boys at the window both nights were enthusiastic. The manager tonight, Selena is what she says her name is, was yapping on her cell phone while drive thru was 5-6 cars deep. Wish New Braunfels had a 2nd church's location
Ordered and paid for 3 piece mixed. Got 2 piece. And they were out of white meat. ?
We drive all the way from another city just to eat here! Great service! Great food! It's definitely worth the trip! To the staff and management - keep up the good work!
Seriously need to update their hours for the weekends. Stated this site was open at 10 am in the Google hours drop-down, but told me when I got here at 11am, they don't open till 12 pm on weekends. Get it together Churches.
Man the day I ordered from here my family and I were really hungry and craving their biscuits. I was really tired from working in the yard all day. But I headed there anyway to order dinner. I always check my order before I drive off. But this day I was exhausted and just wanted to return home. Well just my luck the main items I went for were missing. The biscuits, macaroni, and fries. Like that was the worst thing cause who orders just chicken with no sides. Either way I did not call and complain and it has been a couple days now.

The location was a bit messy outside and the lobby is closed but the quality of the chicken coming out of the kitchen was amazing, was so hot and full of flavor and the skin had the perfect crunch.
This place is BAD!!!! My order was given to the car in front of me,then they tried to give me it after they put it in new bags. I was like nope I want FRESH FOOD! So I made them me new food. I will not go there anymore!!!!
