I edited my review from 5 stars down to three. stars after my Chipotle visit today. I placed an order to be picked up. My salad had a big lettuce core in it. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag. The burrito we ordered was perfect. I tried to call Chipotle to speak directly to the manager, but the robot that answered the phone wouldn't let me speak to a human.
They don’t know how to make a bowl correctly especially when you’re telling them directly in to their face. They also don’t know how to scan the barcode as well from the app. My total came down to $24 after scanning my app but they still charged me full price. The employee even asked the manger if she did it correctly and the manger even said yes when it still wasn’t correct. So annoying
The best and fastest service I've had at a Chipotle before. Got a Burrito and tried their new Pollo Asado option, would recommend. Employees were friendly and made sure the next customer in line got help even while swapping out ingredients or working on a current order.Extra parking and Curbside pick up in the rear.
Ordered a Burrito Bowl. Gave me steak? How is this a burrito? Where’s my rice, beans and veggies? Like who does this without confirming?
Good food, decent service. It's what you'd expect from Chipotle. Not mind blowing, but dependable. The wait the last few times was a little long. If you can, pre-order on the app. ?
Last burrito i got they rolled it wrong. I seen her roll it wrong. Thought she was gonna re roll it but just put it in the foil and handed it to me. I kind of giggled about it and ended up eating it with a fork. Im not one to complain about my food. And she didnt seem to care. Wont ever eat chipotle again.
I wanted to give a shout out to the 3 young men and 1 young lady working today. They were fast, efficient and extremely polite. The food was great as usual but these young people really impressed me with service!

Little location not much of a location but they treat you right!!!! Food was a little less average on the quality but portion was bigger and the people had more spunk and cheerfulness so that more than made up for it!!! I got a burrito with 4 meats and tons of sides had a ginormous build, and my buddy grabbed a bowl and it was a bowl for a king. You guys did spectacular, keep up the wonderful effort it is appreciated!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It was a take out order my wife and kids ordered to go. I got two burritos one with steak it was dry and the other burrito, see picture. That thing that looks like a shark tooth was a bone. I almost swallowed it or chocked which ever comes first. Food wasn’t like I remembered from years ago. Meat is cheap and not cooked to wow me!!!!
