Always enjoy some fried chicken! Since Church's Chicken is in the area much at all this is a great substitute! My son loves it and so do I! The only thing is they can be kinda pricey but its good chicken so your gettin what you pay for! Also im not the biggest fan of their green beans but it is what it is.
This is the first place that I want to go when I visit my family in Texas. The spicy chicken nuggets are so good dipped in gravy.

Great food and customer service. Customer service at chicken express is wonderful. They are well spoken, nice and caring. I go here to get the monthly special and it's by my house. The food is always freshly cooked and always right. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
First time eating here. I was surprised at how good the food is.
When I went to eat my mashed potatoes and gravy, I nearly puked. The smelled spoiled. Like rotten milk. Also, our boxes were ready to go, (waiting on strips) our boxes sat open for about 7 mins wide open with fries and all. If the chicken wasn't ready yet, yall should prepare the boxes! Anyway, we won't be back.
Worst Chicken Express experience and food! We stopped in for lunch and they were not very busy. They took our order and we went to the table and waited, and waited. There was a ton of chicken already cooked when we ordered. I went back to the counter and they said it was almost ready. Waited longer almost 15 minutes. I went back up and the person who appeared to be the manager was rude and said our food was almost ready and to go to the table and wait for it. I went back to the table and waited longer. Finally went and asked for our stuff to go. They had the plates ready sitting on the prep area. They then took a few minutes longer to box it up. We had to eat it in the car on the way to our appointment and the chicken was over cooked and dry, the fried okra was also over cooked and it tasted like the oil was old or rancid. I'm not sure if this was a one off experience but this location has gone downhill a lot. I'm a frequent Chicken Express customer but I'll go to one of their other locations if this is the new standard at this one.Our visit was on December 16th 2021 close to noon.

Yes, the best tea! Chicken was good, fish needed another minute or two cooking time. They have the best peppery mashed potatoes and nicely spiced green beans. We ordered rolls n they were so soft and airy. The cashiers at this location ( by Clear Springs restaurant) are always very friendly. Disappointed that they ran out of tartar sauce though.
