Vastly different from every other ChikFilA I've been to. Also destroyed my front bumper on the massive dips they have in the drive through...Wish I knew why it did that**Edit**The sprite on the soda machine is empty.. Just carbonated water with hints of sprite in my cup.. fun.
As always, Chick-fil-A is so pleasant and willing to work with you on your order to make sure you get what you want. I was having trouble redeeming my Birthday Reward during breakfast and Amanda explained everything to me about using it during lunch hours. Thanks Amanda and Chick-fil-A for good food and good service.Also, even though Chick-fil-A drive-through is so crowded, they are always so fast to work through all the cars. It’s amazing how fast they can handle so many cars in such a short period of time. How ingenious that they cut a door into the drive through to make things go faster! Love it!??
This has happened a few times so I am leaving a review in hopes that management will make note. We are missing something from our bag consistently when we do the drive thru and today my son’s nuggets were so overdone as well. On today’s visit we were missing dressings for both salads and dipping sauces. This keeps happening to us, especially when we get salads.
Our family stopped here for dinner on our way home and the service was very quick, the food was great tasting and the employees were super polite and helpful coming by to refill drinks and get whatever we needed. Great service!
This is by far the worst chick fil a store we’ve had.We love chick fil a. We moved From Nc to Pa to Tx, we never had issues from food and service. Slowest drive through service and crews are not even pleasant. One lady handed us the order saying”here you go” then walked away. I said thank you and she just said “sure”Lmao. I guess I’m just not used to this kind of service from chick fil a staff knowing they are always smiling&friendly.This store always gives us wrong orders most of the time. We are a regular chick fil a customer and this is saddest chicken bowl we got.
Chik fil a has been slacking lately. You fries are always soggy. I honestly cannot remember the last time the were crispy. Your sandwiches are the same, soggy and wet breading. I keep hoping the next time I order they will be better than the last but nope! So here is my review for the location on Walnut. Get it together and do better Chik Fil a! You have a reputation to keep up
Picked up lunch to go eat at Landa Park. This location is very congested and I’d recommend expanding to increase more people to drive through and order. It’s a busy place but at times I see the congested line and think twice before going there. If it’s not bad then I will make an effort and wait in line to order. If it’s too busy I end up going somewhere else.
Late night drive-thru was definitely lacking. The fries were just barely warm and limp, my chicken sandwich was almost cool and the buns were soggy. Not usual for this Chick-fil-A, hoping it was just an off night for them.
We got a spicy chicken sandwich and a couple of bowls of tortilla soup. Both excellent and the service is fast and friendly. Definitely planning on going back again soon.
Great service.My only gripe is the mac and cheese sizes. We've ordered the medium for the last 6 visits. We were wondering how small the small is, because the Medium is quite small. We asked the server is this(our medium mac and cheese) was a medium or a small. She said, it's a medium. After ordering a small 3 times after that encounter to see if it was true, we can conclude she lied. They give you SMALLS when you order MEDIUMS. So their are either having issues getting the other size containers in, or they just offer one size in store and charge people different prices by lying about having mediums in the app. Kind of annoying.
