Tonight while door dashing I came to this location for a pick up. The General Manager on duty was an absolute nightmare very disrespectful and rude making his employees cry in front customers and being overall very degrading to the young lady up front. Then we I address him about the missing order he said “ what do you want me to do that’s door dash’s problem “. You could cut the tension with a knife in this restaurant. None of the employees seem happy. BWW do better hire someone whose a team player not a tyrant and dictator.
I went here to pick up an Uber Eats order and was one of the longest waits I have ever had. I arrived and they said it would be about 5-10 minutes so I thought it would be quick. 25 minutes later they said that they did not see that my customer had another order of chicken and just now started to cook it. It took over 35 minutes for a simple order, very displeased.
I'm not one for negative reviews, in fact I don't think I've ever made one... Especially, about a place I once enjoyed visiting... but I can only be honest about the worst service, I've ever received.... As someone who's worked in the full service bar and Restaurant industry for the majority of my life, I know the struggles of being under staffed first hand and I'm definitely no stranger to long wait times.... I don't mind waiting for for good service and tasty food... This time I left before even getting food or someone even acknowledging my party.... (15 mins after being seated and handed menus) but first, lets rewind to our Initial entrance. We walk in to benches full and people waiting, which is normal for a restaurant during dinner rush.. No big deal right? only the hostess booth was empty and we patiently waited, While several employees walked by us, without a "hello, we'll be right with you" or any acknowledgement rather.. So after 10 mins we finally got on the waitlist, We were told it was going be about a 20-25 minute wait again normal for a busy restaurant... No biggie! About 25 minutes later I received the message our table was ready, So my party and I return to the hostess table to be seated and once again not one employee was to be seen.. So we waited about 10 mins before a flustered obviously over sat, waitress frantically asked us if we had been helped.. I explained to her that I received the text that our table was ready, she looks at us and says "well I don't know who sent you the text let me find out"... She then ask a gentleman working togo who also seemed to be confused about the situation.... And returned to waiting her tabels without giving any explanation.... I had to wave down the guy in togo, who told me he didn't know what was going on ... At this point I noticed everyone who was on the benches had been seated, and infact people who came after us were sat... Then while we were waiting another party who came after us was sat.. Finally I was able to flag an employee down and she without an apology tells us we can't sit in her section cause she just sat a table.. Then puts us in another servers section... Only I don't think she told the server she sat us, because we waited about 10 mins again without any acknowledgement... Half my party went to the restroom and came back still nothing.... Annoyed, I confronted a server standing at a nearby station explained the situation... He told me "not to take it personally and to sit down he would help us as soon as possible".. By then our party had had it, so we left... Sucks to say I don't think well be returning to this location again... I'm not the complaining type... I'm the type that would leave a crummy tip before I bad mouth a place... But I've never been treated with such poor customer service... The waiting I can deal with but the lack of hospitality is no benuo..... Would give no stars if I could...
Worst service I’ve ever had was just trying to pick up an order and the general manager went off on me. Assistant manager was cool though but the general manager shouldn’t be a manager if he can’t handle the stress of a rush. Very disappointed in Buffalo Wild Wings.
Really disappointed with the service. I ordered traditional wings with buffalo dry rub, got it home and it wasn't the right dry rub. Called was told I was wrong and that if it was too spicy they could make me something different...long story short I pick up wings that I didn't really want just for them to admit that they were wrong. They didn't provide me a refund or offer to make what I ordered in the first place.
If I could give zero starts I would. We haven't been to this location in several months because my husband got food poisoning the last time we came... But today we really wanted wings and came here again.... The hostess sat us in a booth...we sat for 20 mins and we got impatient, therefore, my husband found the manager and asked where is the waiter for our booth, manager just stated sorry and said that the section we were sat in was closed... Then said we can get moved to another section but have to wait for a table. We got up and left. During that whole 20 mins the hostess kept looking at us and other employees too.. poor customer service and poor management. We have learned our lesson to stop coming here!! P.S. a couple of years ago we used to come here all the time because of how awesome their employees and managers were but now it's horrible!!!!!
Where do I begin. Me and my wife went in around 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. It took about 15-20 minutes to seat us even though it was not crowded and there were plenty of seats. Oh well, not a big deal. Our server Mackenzie was incredible. She seemed very genuine and overall had a great personality. My wife even said she was the best server she’s ever had. She paid extra attention to my wife unlike most female servers who pay more attention to the man in hopes of getting a big tip. Our food came out about 25 minutes after we ordered it. We got lemon pepper boneless wings and Parmesan garlic boneless wings with tater tots. I am not joking when I say that food made me want to kill myself. It was one of the worst things either of us have ever tasted in our entire lives. We tried to eat as much as we could so we didn’t make it awkward for Mackenzie but it was hard. My wife tried eating them with ketchup but that only made it worse. I can honestly say I have never had a wing that tastes THAT bad. I thought I was in prison for a second. The food was so bad that I would have honestly rather eaten roadkill. My wives father wouldn’t even eat these and he’s basically a garbage disposal. I wouldn’t even feed these to my dogs. Hell I wouldn’t feed these to my worst enemy! They were cold too, I bet they were from last night. Good atmosphere though. Great server. Disgusting food.
Service was mediocre at best both mine and the wife's orders were wrong, but at the end of the day still tasted good or atleast what you'd expect from buffalo wild wings I would add more stars for service and getting the food that was ordered.
Both bartenders were bad. First didnt tell me the special and the manager gave me a dirty fork. The new shift bartender took way to long for my drink. He had my glass sitting out for 2 minutes. Dissatisfied with the service, ordered carryout and was shorted 1 wing, but worse I was charged tip for online order, when I came to counter to pick up my order I was barely acknowledged. The staff walked around me and placed my order on a storage rack. I had to search for my glasses to locate my name on the receipt. Too rude for me, unacceptable.
