Not the same since new ownership. We ate there today for lunch. The cashier was great and polite. But I asked for a special pizza that I have always gotten on the buffet but the cook was not happy about it. It took forever to finally get it out there and then when it came out I said thank you. She didn't even look at me and just kind of madly threw the pizza up there. Worst experience! Won't be back!
A couple of friends said this place was good. I decided to try it. FYI, order first ( we sat down and waited for service). Their pizza is great! From the crunchy crust to the over stuffed toppings on the pizza was awesome! I recently had a bad experience with “fast food pizza”, so this was a great eye opener, there’s are other choices besides “fast food pizza”. The wings are great too.

Great pizza here! $10 Tuesday is an excellent deal for the quality of pizza at this restaurant.
Good food with friendly service. The cashier was very helpful and patient. The food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. Looking forward to dining in again.
Tried their pizza for the first time tonight and it was good. The crust was chewy but good! Can’t wait to go again and try their burgers!!
Slow service, skimpy with the cheese on the big o, the 2 side salads and chicken salad which looked like it was covered up with tomatoes and all underneath the veggies and lettuce were bad, didn’t get the 3 ranches for the 3 orders of 10 piece wings and the wings are overpriced. It was a great place until the original owners sold it. Wasn’t worth the drive from Kyle. That’s the last trip we take for Bosses.
Stopped to try this place. Read the reviews good and bad. Took the risk glad we did. This is under new management and you can tell from the old reviews. Staff was friendly gave us feedback on what was good. Bobo sauce is a winner for sure. Food was hot and came out fast. They were slightly busy however the manager (frank) stopped and talked with us to ensure everything was good and checked in time to time. We got the pitcher of beer. I agree better selections for soda coke or Pepsi however they have koolaid… nothing like good old koolaid. This spot is truly a gem wish we had one in Houston! Give the place a shot it’s better then Buffalo Wild Wings has plenty of tv for the games. Better then dominos and Pizza Hut.Now come to Houston!
First time coming here with my family and it was an amazing experience. Great customer services and amazing food. The hot chick and Mr. Happy with the oreo stick and a kids meal only for $40. This truly is the Bosses pizza ? ?
Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Tried to call in a to-go order on my way home, someone picked up and immediately just said hold please. That's not out of the norm for a restaurant so I waited. 5 minutes later someone picks up the phone again and says "bosses pizza please hold" and then again 10 minutes later. I was in San Antonio when I called, I made it all the way to the restaurant still on hold for 25 minutes. I walk in and there is no line at the counter, so there's no reason to still be on hold. I get to the counter and show that I've been on hold. The cashier just keeps telling me " I didn't hear the phone ring". I know that's not true because they answered the phone initially and then told me to hold two more times. I asked for the manager and he just kept saying "I don't know what to tell ya". Made no effort to make it right. After my food was ready the manager kept glaring at me with dead eyes. If this is how they treat customers they won't be successful this try neither.
