Usually decent enough service, this time I called ahead @ 11:40 on Sunday, for a party of 9, we showed up at 12, was told a server did not show up in the area they wanted to sit us in, but had us wait in the lobby while they sat 4 other groups of 4-5 people and we were told only after stopping a manager, because no one updated us as to why we were not being sat, they could seat us but no drink or food could be ordered until a new server showed up because the other sections were full (after sitting many others and continuously doing so while we waited for almost an hour just to start our lunch) the manager we stopped never came to check in. I checked in again and the hostess had to come and take our drink order after almost an hour later. A server said he asked about our table and was told we had been taken care of and he just found out we didn’t have a server. The manager passed by going to clean tables & windows never stopping to see his almost 2 hour guests still without any food.I understand there are staffing shortages but telling other wait staff we need to team up on this table to get them taken care of would have been better

Reserved space for granddaughter’s 15 BDay. The food is exceptional, customer service from Management to wait staff were wonderful in every way. All was sanitized. We had an amazing time! Thank you!

Really good! A little bit of everything American food in the menu. Everything we ordered was great. Really good portions too. Bar service with everything you can think of, good menu and good deserts. Chill ambiance, and it does get very crowded. There's a nice fountain outside where you can sit by and wait. The staff was super nice and friendly.

Always have fast seating, and great receptionist and waiters. I love this place because you can also call ahead and put your name down.

Our waitress was sweet and definitely catered to us. So this review has nothing to do with her.I had ordered a margarita and it was made extremely strong. I asked the waitress if it could be switched out for something else and she smiled and said no problem. I watched her take it back to the bartender and saw how furious the bartender reacted demanding to know why. I saw my waitress explain it was too strong. The bartender proceeded to make a different drink but you could see how mad she was when she looked right in my direction. Our waitress came back and said we are not the first to complain about it.We had ordered caesar salads with our main dish. It looked great and as I was eating my salad I noticed that a few pieces of lettuce were rotting. I immediately stopped eating and let our waitress know I was done. Our main dishes came out and they were good. Our waitress came back letting us know she removed that strong margarita off our bill. So between the bartender's attitude and some rotting pieces of lettuce I will not be a returning customer.

The service was great and the servers were very nice. My fiancé and I each got the Parmesan chicken and we were not impressed. The chicken was very very tough like it had been in a freezer for a long time. It was very think and you could see where the cook had sliced through it to make sure it was cooked. The flavor was OK but the texture was awful and ruined it for us. Overall it was the equivalent of a TV dinner with great service. I will probably be back but definitely order something different.

Really good food and friendly!

This BJ’s has been very sentimental to us and has been one of our favorite spots for over 7 years. Not sure what’s happened, but the quality of the food and service has plummeted. Tonight may have been the final straw. We ordered the bacon cheese burgers and the meat was pretty much raw. When we informed our waitress, she agreed, “yes its extremely rare.” And that was it. I ordered the burger last week as well to go, and same thing. I wasn’t even able to eat it. The outside was totally charred, and the inside was raw. I mean, raw raw. So we had the incident tonight eating inside the restaurant. Decided to order a brownie PIZOOKIE for desert to eat at home since we were still hungry. Got home, and the PIZOOKIE was way under cooked as well. Took a bite thinking it was fudge or something, and it was like raw brownie batter. Also, when we were leaving tonight, a waiter yelled at a family leaving in front of us saying “thanks for the $4 tip!” And was causing a scene. Y’all are seriously lucky to receive any tips with this type of food and service, and I regret the tip that we left. It’s sad that a place that holds so much sentimental value for us is now a place we will be staying clear of. We have too many chances and each time got progressively worse. Management, where are y’all???

Our server, I think her name was Marissa (maybe Miranda? I wish I could remember!!) was seriously the absolute best. She was such a clearly genuinely kind person and took great care of us, especially my toddler!

Chill atmosphere, great food and drinks. Zack our waiter was awesome in every way!
