The best bill millers ever, order your food through the Hispanic manager, he's the best and always makes sure you get your food right, he's bilingual too. That's a blessing especially from a place like bill millers, your missing out, hurry go eat at this place it's the best so far in my book. Thank You Bill Millers.
First time at this place and it was a great experience. The food is good and the staff is super nice. Jennifer was great. The restrooms are super clean and the ambience in general is great. Only thing is you can’t tip when you pay with a debit card.
The online ordering sucks... just call or go in and they will rock it for you.Food is great... I ordered $90 worth of chicken and sides and everything took the amount of time it would take to cook that many birds.The cooks were perfect and the breading was awesome.
The dine in area was closed, so we decided to do curbside and eat it in the car. 30 minutes later we still didn't have tacos, just 6 tacos and 2 teas. We called and nobody answered for a while. The drive through came and went, but we didn't want to cause trouble n go to drive through since our order was already in. Finally someone answered and didn't even had our tacos or solution. We left hungry and frustrated. I eat there every time I come through, but I do not think I'll come back. Rude service and no food.
I went there today around 7pm and ordered small family meal w brisket, potato salad, hashbrowns and green beans. The sides were ok but the brisket was not edible. It was greasy fat and circular shaped shards of Gray matter. It was very strange. I was given no bread, no pickles, no onions. I've eaten at Bill Miller's dozens of times w no complaints. For the food should be edible.$32
Well, I guess they can't hire anyone that can cook. My chicken strips were so salty couldn't hardly eat them, and the green beans are not like all the other locations. This store is gonna lose you money. Cause I will never be back. The new Texas bbq at HEB is gonna put this store out of business if you don't do something about you cooking. You just lost another customer. Good luck.
How hard is it to follow a simple request of hot sauce, Apparently extremely hard! Thanks for leaving my hot sauce out of the bag. Guess I am back to babysitting your employees and checking the bag to make sure it's there. I could understand this getting overlooked if there was an unusually long line at the drive through but I was the only one in the line at the time of my order. I was just there 45 minutes ago on 5/11.
I went this evening after a long work day. I ordered the 10pc Fried Chicken combo, all white meat. I was told it would be 25 minute wait. I acknowledged I would wait, as the line was a bit long and had not moved for a while. Within 12 minutes, I made it to the window. I was handed the bucket of "Ice" Tea. There was no ice what so ever in the tea. I was asked to park in front as there was still a 15 minute wait. I pulled up to a spot in front at 8:33pm. My food did not come out until 9:03. That is after going and knocking on their window to get someones attention.
Delicious breakfast!! We ordered to-go. Generous portions, home cooked style meal, huge pancakes, plenty of condiments with silverware and napkins. Yum!
I am from San Antonio Texas and it is the home of Bill Miller barbecue. So you can probably guess I really like Bill Miller barbecue. They have been a San Antonio staple for mini mini years, and I expect many more years to come.Their brisket, turkey, chicken, ribs are very good and made in San Antonio but delivered to outlying cities daily or weekly. I now live in new Braunfels and this is the second store that has opened. I like it now because it’s not very crowded and we can get in and out quickly since it’s off IH 35. My husband loves the mashed potatoes and Mexican rice, while I love their brown beans and my mom loves their hashbrowns. They make their ice tea fresh several times a day because it is so popular. And their desserts are amazing as well. Many thanksgivings we have ordered our Thanksgiving dinner there. I would highly recommend for an easy Thanksgiving dinner to order from them and pick up the day before. There are so many great foods to eat at Bill Miller I suggest you try a variety of them.
