We were traveling and saw the billboards and thought bbq sounded good. I wish we had just skipped a meal. The tea was sour, and the tacos were very plain, just meat and tortilla. The pie was old and the bbq brisket sandwich was greasy. The workers were nice but the food was gross.
my order # 205 my Tab # 4562 .first when I walk in. IS just by myself just want to order 1 chicken sandwich how every the guy give 5 of order of 5 people. I saw he said order is number 5. At last his charge up $46.28. I have paid with $26 dollar of cash. Then his charge $20.28 in debit card. but when his refunds send everything in debit card. But in my pocket only 26 dollars cash. I saw his tried to refund $20.28 back into my card. then his has to refunds back at least $10 back. but his not. then i don't have enough money user gas to got home. I never came back any store bill millier. I don't understand how people been train like this. is very hurt someone run out cash in porket. why they hiring people with explore everything. and now my money not return back into my debit card.
Went through the drive through this morning for some tacos and Texas sweet tea, after waiting about 20 minutes in line I get my food and drinks only to get home and find that most of the tacos we were given had been thrown together like garbage. Most of the meat/beans were stuck to foil and hardly inside the tortilla itself. Normally I’m not one to quickly write a negative review, so I called the place 3 times and no answer. First and only time Ive experienced this at this location. Very disappointed.
Barbecue ribs absolutely suck. They taste like diesel fuel and not tender. BBQ sauce is very runny and very acidic. They need to add some brown sugar to their recipe. Couldn’t eat even half of my lunch order. Sides are also bad and nothing to write home about. Only positive I can say is the Iced tea. Overall a vary disappointing experience. Not coming back here. Would not recommend.
First time at a Bill Millers and I can't find anything good to say. I can't see how they are so popular. We both got the 2 chopped brisket sandwiches with fries. The fries were okay BUT, that had to be the worst brisket we've ever had. It had the consistency of canned dog food. No real flavor at all. My wife had been to one in San Antonio and said it wasn't good either. I will never go to another one.
While the food and prices are good, there are a couple of issues. One...pepsi...gross. But the main thing was they acted surprised when I asked for BBQ sauce at a BBQ place. They had none available. Food got cold as I waited for BBQ sauce at a BBQ place. Unacceptable. Last time I go here. There are plenty of BBQ places to choose from...AVOID this one.
Joseph was the most helpful and kindest young man I have ever come across working in the food service industry!! He has redeemed Bill Millers for me and my large family!! Thank you so much, Joseph for doing the right thing and replacing our whole meal!
Don’t eat inside. They’ve switched to self service and it takes over 20 minutes for them to bring your food out. The condiment bar is still difficult to get to and you end up having to ask for help from an employee anyway who still forgets to assist you. Better to go through the drive thru and come inside with your food if you want to eat inside. Or please make the condiment and beverage station fully self service.
The self check out kiosk was really strange. No real people to take an order except drive thru. The drive thru menu and the speaker are far apart. So you cannot look at the menu and talk the person taking your order at the same time. You drive past the menu to the speaker. I came in and looked at the self check kiosk it and no one helped. The self check kiosk was really unique. I looked around for help and then decided to walk out. I guess the food is good I do not know.
I love bill millers bbq. Service was lazy. Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Then had to go ask for my food . They gave it to me cold in a bag. Asked for my money back.
