Update: The owner contacted me with speediness and I appreciate the open communication. Im glad we were on the same page that this was for awareness only. Very sweet woman. The world needs more bosses like her!Never going here again. This coming from the brown skinned mother with her 2 brown skinned children that watch people get acknowledged and served before her. It’s sad that in this day and age, we can’t even get ice cream.The girl in the photo knew we were standing there for a few minutes before anyone else walked in and openly watched us walk out the door.
Stopped in for a sweet treat on a Friday afternoon after scaling the aisles of a close by home store. The staff was incredibly friendly and there was a large selection. I had a cappuccino blast with the new Oreo Irish cream ice cream with no ice. It was flavorful and I enjoyed it.
Arranged to get German Chocolate Cake ice cream from this location. This flavor has been very difficult to obtain for last few years. Drove 1 1/2 hours to pick up. Was told that since they only had 1 new tub, was denied even 1 hand packed quart. Was offered a couple of scoops (to drive home with ). Owner was completely inflexible despite my drive previous day and today. (Over 4 hrs total)Location had only arranged to get this flavor yesterday from another location upon my request. I was assured a specific amount, which after showing up today was denied.Baskins lost a loyal customer today.

They did so good with my daughters zombie unicorn cake ! We won’t be going anywhere else for birthday cakes again! This is the best ever it’s exactly what she wanted !
We are missing Braums so bad…. This place turned out to be pretty good. Nice people but could be cleaner during covid at least. The lady with blue blonde hair especially needs to step it up.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes without any of the 3 workers on duty acknowledging us. We were the only customers in the store that hadn’t already been served. We waited patiently but eventually left because no one even seemed to notice that we were there. We happily drove a crossed town to Marble Slab.
