I was in town visiting and decided we would get Wingstop. I live in Houston so this store wasn't even busy compared to the ones at home. I ordered and waited about 25 minutes...I see everyone that ordered after me get their food! So, I ask about mine and she says...its coming! I don't know why I didn't open the compartments, because I would have known that it wasn't right! Its just crazy that after paying $33.00 for wings you'd think it would be right! I called them 8 times only to get a voicemail...no one has called back yet! I will be going back before I leave so they can fit my order! Both fries were literally crumbs from the bottom of the bag! I asked for extra lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan...I had little to no lemon pepper and no garlic Parmesan at all! The container was full on grease! I should've known better when I didn't see one person that looked like an adult behind the counter! Definitely will not be going back!!

Great food! Very friendly staff. Great parking. Very clean place.

Horrible management of the order of customers. Was told by the cashier “I was too busy” when I told them I was on hold for 10 minutes for a quick order change that I had made a few minutes beforehand. The lady who bagged our food was calm and collected and knew what to do and knew how to approach the situation whereas the “I’m just a cashier” lady was extremely unprofessional to us kept saying “I’m just a cashier I don’t know” and was insinuating that we were not going to pay for our $3 rolls. If you are a phone customer you will absolutely be ignored and put at the back. ☺️

They put chicken that was already done back into the grease and our food was so greasy that we couldn't eat it. We paid 28.52 greasy wings. It wasn't fresh not at all the only thing that was fresh was the fries

So first let me start off by saying I completely understand what it's like to work in the food service industry, so I understand how stressful it can be at times, but tonight's cashier did not meet the standards of customer service. When I first arrived, no one greeted me, but of course I'm still in the customer service industry so I spoke first( plus I was just brought up that way, to speak when you enter a room). I haven't eaten wingstop in a few months and when I did I would normally call it in, so when I arrived and no one greeted me, I let it slide and spoke. The cashier did not speak back(which is fine) but she had this tone in her voice like she didn't want to be here. I proceeded to tell her my order and she just stopped me in mid sentence, no excuse me ma'am, just stopped me and said can I get a name for the order in a non friendly tone. I then told her that I didn't hear her when she asked the first time and gave her my name. This was not the worst that has happened to me and in no way do I want this young lady to lose her job but I do think customer service coaching may be needed and how to deal with frustration in the workplace.

There was several issues with my order that day but the most nasty and disgusting is that there was chewed chewing gum in my fries. To make matters worse none of the cooks had on mask cooking over the food....I will never eat there again.

Online ordering not working. No one answering the phone. Guess you don't want customers? effem..

Bad delivery ,the manager was not even concern that our food wasn't deliver, she blame door dall, we waited for 2 hrs, so I had to drive and cancel the order since it was 3 hrs since our order was placed.

Its a hit or miss, always! They can never seem to get it together.

I ordered boneless wings and they were too small + taste worse and the fries was too hard and burntThis place used to be better .
