By far the worst Whataburger this side of Texas. If you can wait until the following town do so skip the one in Nacogdoches. I live here and I’ve had to report this restaurant for poor service, food being cold you name it. If you ask for fresh hot food they display and attitude, for the price of these burgers they shouldn’t come to you any other way. Skip the one on Nacogdoches. Lufkin or Mt. Enterprise Texas might have the best Whataburger and service on this side of Texas. Save your money trust me.
They pretty much treat me great. I really can't complain about anything. Just don't go there if your in a hurry, ever. To any Whataburger, that I know of. But they pretty much all the time make everything fresh, as far as I know.

I would give zero if I could. A waterburger full of children would function better than this one. Not one time I've been here and had either my order messed up, waited over an hour, or had been charged wrong. Everyone here is lazy. Worst Whata I've ever been to.
Yesterday, my parents and I had went here They treated me to breakfast. I got an orange juice, and a sausage, cheese, and egg biscuit. It was actually really delicious. I don't go there much, just because I don't eat out much. But I definitely would, recommend a few things there. Not just that, they are really respectful.
Let me preface this with the food is amazing. The people are friendly and very nice. The service is so slooooooowww... It doesn't matter if you do drive thru, curbside, or walk in. Expect to wait 30+minutes for your food. For example, I placed a curbside order at 6:20pm, checked in at 7:03pm, and have called the store to see where my food is and am still waiting over 20 mins later. It's been an hour since the order was sent. There's no reason they shouldn't have it done when I arrive. If you're going to eat at this location, don't be in a hurry and come with a lot of patience.Edit - it took 30 mins on the dot to get the order and when I got home, they got the order wrong even though it was an online order with everything printed on the receipt. Awesome.
Food was good both times . Once went through the drive through. Close to closy Christmas Eve. Could see stuff spilt on the floor employees were walking through and no one took amoment to clean up. The second time was a dime in. The food was great again . But the entire floor was like walking on an icerink. You could NOT stand in one place without your feet slipping away. Even the bathroom floor was that way. Like they had greased the floor. Very scary to walk on. Needs a good HOT scrubbing.
The young man that waited on me was so nice and made sure i received my order. It was still hot.?
Waited in line for twenty minutes. Come to find out it was the card machine that had broken. Not their fault. I had cash so they made a different line for cash customers.When I got my food it was past cold and the order was wrong. I went inside Waited even more got met with attitude and unacceptable behavior manager included. I work in a retail job working with customers all day. If I acted that way I would not have a job. Do what you do as good as you can if the order would have been fresh and correct I wouldn't have been concerned about the wait.
So much have changed over the years. The first time I had this burger was in Marshall Texas in the 70's. Trust me you had to hold it both hands. But now it is small and dry and not much taste. If the started it in the 1950's it would have been called what is now. Sad/
