I will not be going to this one again the one on university is better I only came to this one cuz it was close and I had to go to work they made my sandwich sloppy and messy didnt give me any napkins I had extra in the car thank god but I ordered the spicy Italian all the time with all the veggies and its never this messy when the ppl at the university one makes it...ive heard some bad reviews about this one and now I know why ...and they didnt even but the sub in half all the way ...ugh
I generally do not post reviews. But I was forced to due to my visit to this subway. I have been going to various subways from over 2 decades. But I will think twice now. The guy was rude. Extremely bad customer service and bad sandwich he made. When I asked for napkins, he appeared visibly upset and appeared as if it was so difficult for him. There was something wrong with the content of the food and/or the guy made a really bad sandwich for me to the point that I feel uncomfortable after eating it. The manager or whoever is watching them or reading this must train these guys how to behave respectfully to the customers. Absolutely awful.
Staff is always friendly and polite, and they get the food right every time!

We could not hear the person on the order speaker sometimes, when we got to the pick up window we saw why, he had a mask on.
I've had bad experiences with other restaurants and mobile orders but I've never had a problem with Subway. always accurate and fresh
