Do I recommend this Starbucks location? Yes, when they’re actually open and if you’re not in a hurry. Dear corporate, if you don’t get your stores back open you’re going to loose more customers. On to University Coffee I go because it’s fully open and StarBucks Nacogdoches is not open at all at this very moment.

I walked in there Sunday to get a 100.00 gift card and not ONE person ever spoke to me ... I noticed other people walking in to get service ... and nobody talked to them either ... just said “ what can I get you “ ... no thank you come again or NOTHING ....!!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE ....!!!!!!!
Every time I go here my order is wrong when it was clearly stated in the drive thru and repeated back to me. I have wasted countless of dollars going to this Starbucks. I will stick to Lufkin Starbucks so my money is not being wasted ?
Love the drinks and food but the wait is really too long. I've been in line for 20 min now and the women in front of me had to wait 5 min before they got back with her on the mic. I came 20 min early before work n I'm leaving Starbucks 10 min late. Tgey are really nice just need to improve on the timing

This place can never get it together, especially in the morning. Beware ordering here unless you have 30 minutes to sit and wait. I'm more disappointed in myself for going here as many times as I did. I won't make that mistake again, since they've made a mean $15-$20 off of me for free.List of items I never got because they took too long, and because no one answers the phone/bothers to keep your information:Chocolate croissant, egg white with pepper egg bites, small caramel frappucino, and slice of banana nut bread.

Just waited in line for 35 min (not the part I’m disappointed with) the line was in the street, the parking lot was blocked, no one was helping guide cars, but all of that could have been excused if my breakfast sandwich had not been frozen in the middle when I took a bite out of it. There’s no way I’m getting back in line to return it, and no one is answering their phone for customer service. Definitely not how I wanted to start my morning. Only went because I had a gift card and now I regret it. Terrible service!
