This Sonic off of south st..they are alot nicer and courteous..and they put real fruit in their cherry limeades,which are the bombs...if i have to drive across town i will..
Food is usually pretty good when I order from here. I did have problems with ordering on the app. I ordered an Oreo Blast with whipped cream and cookie dough chunks and received just pain vanilla ice cream. It took way too long to receive and they were extremely busy so I just took it home and crumbled some cookies into it.
Ordered drinks and blasts during happy hour. It took them 20 minutes to come out and tell us they can't do blasts or shakes. Why did it take 20 minutes for 2 drinks?! So confused. Not super pleased.
There was a special that I couldn't access through the app, but the server and staff were very helpful. I was weak with hunger and thirst, and they took good care of me.
Totally horrible experience went through the drive thru and tried to order this burger that they were advertising, and was told they don't have it, so why advertise something that you don't have, or they could have said oh we ran out but I was told that they only work there they don't control the signs, now with being on a very busy highway shouldn't the drive through speakers work top notch instead of your customers having to scream, and then when I said something about that I wasn't the one who took your order.....So I ordered something else a burger got home right around the corner and the bun was rock hard and so were the tots, asked for extra ketchup she gave me 4 packs of it, I would have paid for extra really. If they don't want to work they should save the owner some money and quit instead of giving attitude. Total horrible trip to Sonic
We asked for something that was being advertised and was told with attitude oh we don't have that, why is it being advertised if you don't have it. Then when I got to window and made a comment about it was told oh we just work here so is there no communication between workers? And why were we given hard cold stares and side eye? Totally bad experience and if you know your business is on a very busy highway then the drive thru speakers should be on point and work top notch!!!
I've been calling Sonic on the South St in Nacogdoches TX. For a couple of days since I'm staying in one of the hotels close to the restaurant. But no one answered the phone. The earliest was 8pm and the lastest has been on a Saturday at around 10 pm. no one answered and still isn't answering.
So after working all I decided to stop at this sonic for the only meal I had today! The bun is hard the hotdog is undercooked my tots was rock hard! (Threw them out before writing this) it’s impossible to go back because construction is being done and it took me 20 minutes to do a u turn! So annoyed for the $13.00 I spent and. Ow going to be hungry! At this was 8pm so it was 2 hours before closing! Cashier was nice but prepared me this horrible food!
This location stays busy, but your food gets served quick and your order is always right.
This place is ridiculous, ordered through the app, 2 med drinks, cheese sticks& chili cheese tots, only 2 other cars in stalls, took over 20 minutes to get our order, at least 4 people inside mostly standing around talking, when we finally got our order there was barely any chili on the tots, and we asked for marinara 1st on the app when I ordered, then again when we got our food and realized it wasn't there, waited another 10 minutes still no marinara so we just left. Only good thing was the girl who brought out the food was very polite and friendly and that's the only reason I'm giving a star at all.
