Fast Food Burgers Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt

They took forever to figure out what I didn't know how to tell them, that my burger wasn't on deals, but rewards, and that it was indeed half priced. I told them it was on the app, and their ridiculous answer was that they had nothing to do with what corporate did on the app. Inexcusable! Once I got that problem taken care of, I got a dilly burger because it looked good and was 1/2 priced, and a diet cherry lime soda. The soda was bitter and did not come with a cherry, nor was it frozen, which they didn't ask about, and I didn't realize I had to order frozen. The burger was junior-sized, and the fried pickles were soggy, as was the bread, by the time I got it home. Yuck! Between the food and the lousy service, I won't waste much time going back.

Some of the staff are very rude and when menu clearly says an items comes with sauce they will charge you

Food was good. Car hops need to carry napkins, ketchup, straws, etc so customer doesn't have to wait for a return visit.

We order online and pick it up. Only thing that was right was our slushies. It happens so often. They don't read the orders. We ordered plain footling hotdogs one with mustard. We get home I got chili cheese onions relish on them. Wiped off relish. Fed to my dogs. If they would take the time and read the online orders there wouldn't be problems. That's just one evening. I gave up on door dash. They forget stuff all the time.

My meal was fine but I barely had any nerds in my cherry slush. Maybe they weren't having a good day. We asked if they did rootbeer floats. They said yes but we got a coke float instead. It was fine but I was really craving for a rootbeer one.

Poor service. Hamburger was ok but buns where cold. Pattymelt was really bad. Barely warm with no onions. Manager told us that they had high school kids working on weekends and they didn't care. Sounds like she didn't care either. Will not go back.

Showed up one hour before closing and sat there for 25 mins before leaving because no one took our order nor acknowledged that we were even there. If they were that busy they could’ve said that instead of just avoiding us every time they walked by but standing around staring at us in the kitchen. This location never fails to disappoint. Judging by other reviews this seems like an ongoing issue. Makes you wonder if they even have proper management.

Sat at the stall since about 9:30 pushing the button watching workers ignore to make eye contact even pressed the buttons in other stalls continued to get ignored until I eventually went to the drive-through where they say our kitchen is now closed. Still, i can clearly see and hear them taking other peoples orders absolutely unprofessional but I guess what should you expect from a sonic employee! We let them know that we had been sitting in the stalls for close to half an hour and they just pretty much said it is not their problem so if your diabetic with low sugar and need just a small little hot dog or snack with over a half hour before closing time they would rather watch you die! Luckily i made it a gas station no thanks to sonic and its employees who have absolutely no morals or respect of any kind!

Food is always good, however the lady working the window is super rude, we asked for a few minutes and she said okay, then 10 seconds later she kept asking us what we wanted. Only took half the order and was rude when said there was more.

Ordered a #11 (crispy tender dinner 5pc) with gravy and a strawberry shake. Order came out with no shake, no gravy, and one package of ketchup. I think maybe they need to take the “crispy” part less literally because it was basically chicken jerky. Barely edible. The toast even came out dark and tasted burnt.waited over 15 minutes for the gravy and still never got it so I just left. I get if your busy and having to wait a while but this food quality and service isn’t acceptable.
