It’s 940, they close at 10 but no one is taking orders. One employee sitting in the dining area doing nothing. The customer service here is always bad.

We went through the drive thru today and ordered the 8-Piece chicken which was advertised at $16.99 and 3 chicken sandwiches advertised at 3.99 each. No combos, no drinks ordered. They were out of ice anyway!! The total came to $40 and we were charged .10 extra for the potatoes that came in the 8 piece chicken family meal! So instead of paying $16.99 for the 8-piece family meal, we paid $23.99 plus .10 more, and we paid $4.50 each for 3 chicken sandwiches plus tax. If their prices have gone up, then they need to change it on their outside menu board instead of waiting to shock their customers at the window. The girl at the window didn’t know why the total was so high. She didn’t seem to care either. Luckily, I had my debit card with me. So, I tried to eat my sandwich on the hour drive on my way home and the chicken had hard gristle in the meat. I spit most of it out. Very very disappointed. Yes, their quality has gone downhill! I won’t eat there again.

Disorganized, person at register not staying at register two customers and myself waiting till she turns around and said oh,, I waited 7 minutes and heard her say get me chicken sandwich, sandwich was not hot by then. Customer before me asked 3 times for unsweetened tea gave him sweet tea twice will not be coming back

I go here sometimes. Made an online order for tenders, fries, 2x biscuit and mashed potatoes.Had to wait for spicy tenders nbd, but got home and no fries or extra biscuit. Sad, also I wish someone would smile there just once.

Popeyes has totally changed i dont think it will ever be the same again. I miss the old crew. The service has gotten slower and the night crew employees some are very rude and dont handle the food with the proper care. So it has to be this way for them but maybe one day it will go back to the good old days

Placed my order through drive thru. They told me it will be seven minutes before my order would be ready. They gave me a Free drink for the wait. Very nice employees but once I made it home all my order wasn't there. I tried calling to let them know that my order wasn't what I paid for but no one answered the phone. I tried calling several times, each time letting it ring until I was disconnected. I wanted to know if I could come back at a later date to get what was left out my order because if I had went back that would have taken 15 mins to get there and15 mins to return back home which my food would have been cold. Not happy about paying for something I didn't receive especially when I had to wait for my order.

Somewhat slow drive thru. Small pieces of bone in chicken as compared to Church's Chicken, but flavor was good. Excellent red beans and rice and friendly drive thru personnel. Wish they still carried the butterflied shrimp combos, those were the best!

Very rude eye rolling employees. We made a mobile order and they couldn't get it right. We told them there was something missing. She rolled her eyes and went back to look at our order it was for 4 chicken sandwiches, 4 piece tenders, and large side and we asked for the sauce and honey and she threw a fit that we wanted it. The managers really to look into how the employees act at the drive thru window.

Terrible customer service

I had an issue. Which I've had issues before with this Popeyes but the folks there are really nice and so accommodating if anything ever arise. This time. Not so much. I paid for food that I didn't get Xmas day due to a delivery truck not showing up. No problem. Totally understandable, it was xmas day. Was told by the worker at the window to come back on tom for the refund. That's where the issue comes in. First off, the AA male in the kitchen was really trying to help me. Young guy, he was giving me solutions to try and everything. So I would like to acknowledge his effort. But the Latina at the front counter - either she wasn't listening or she didn't care. First she asked me what was the name of the person who told me to come back. Huh???? Idk her name, but why is that relevant? Check the video. I told her the order was placed on the app. She asked me if I had a receipt. Huh??? I told her the order was for shrimp and that I would be glad to just get the food now instead of a refund. But she kept asking if I got the chicken. Huh??? I told her I was going out of town TODAY and I wanted to take care of it before leaving. She told me to come back tomorrow. Huh??? Then after not paying attention to me, I was frustrated about that. She asked if I wanted her to write down the manager's name for me and told me to have a nice day twice, both in a facetious manner trying to get me out the door.I paid my money and didn't get the product. I mean, did I do something wrong? She could have just apologized for my inconvenience, made my shrimp platter with no drink and everything would have been resolved. ?
