We order pizza from here all the time.. I’m giving three stars because today, I made an order @ 6:39 this order should’ve been so easy at it was 14$ one pizza one order of bread sticks. my fiancé got there a little early as expected, he was told to pull and park after paid. No biggie right. So he’s still waiting at 7:10 a guy walks out hand full of pizzas. Not our order, we order ONE large pepperoni and one bread stick. He had to walk in to see not only has the order been done but it’s in a bag like it’s going out somewhere? This is so ridiculous. Pizza was picked up at 7:15 ish. No refund, no discount, no anything was offered for not only wasting his time and letting food get cold but lack of attention to detail as workers. Extremely frustrating and annoying. Pizza will be cold once it reaches home, and unfortunately he’s to nice to say anything. You took a card paid for an order and still brought out a whole different one while the order is sitting there .
Customer service here is horrible. Take your business somewhere else. The whole store is rude from the employees to the manager. When you place your order online for delivery they cancel it. When you go order your order in person it's still not correct. Just horrible! Spend your money else where!
Had dine in. Med pan pizza and drink. Asked to sit and never had to move after. Great waitress. Good visit.
The pizza, pasta, and bread sticks were hot and delicious. It was a good value for the price and was ready in a reasonable amount of time.
The pizza was very very good it was no time about picking it up it was ready when I got there thank you very much
I ordered delivery and it took them over an hour past the time it said online that it was supposed to get there and we were only like 3 miles away if they would of told us that we could of picked it up a whole lot faster
The person that helped me did not know the procedure for redeeming the free pizza with the points I accumulated. That was my first time so I was ignorant of it as well. Other than that everything was great.
I upgraded to the cheese sticks paid the extra and they were burnt. I ordered extra cheese on one pizza and there was no extra cheese even though I paid $2 extra dollars enough for a whole bag of cheese. Other than that the pizza was great and fresh. I was impressed with the delivery speed
