My experience was through dine in.Everything was clean and organized, manager was training him team on different tasks. Food was great and employees were happy and laughing which is always good. I wish Lufkin location was half as good as this location in Nacogdoches.
When it first opened up it was great. Recently this particular site, has just went to the bowels of fast food. Every time we have used the drive thru they can't get anything right. Several times we get home with half of the food we ordered and It's not even hot. The price of fuel to go back and forth from where we live, it's not even worth going back at that point. Its about impossible these days to get good service or find good help! Especially in NacogdochesTX! What a drag! Guess I'll be going to Chick-fil-A from now on, at least they hire and train the employees to get what you ordered in the bag the first time!
they never give you teriyaki sauce when you order the teriyaki chicken (??) also I got food poisoning from eating the orange chicken here last week so… maybe don’t order that…
Why are all Panda Express entrees the best entrees and the noodles and rice are awful? I don’t brave the rice anymore at Panda but I went for the noodles! They were AWFUL!!! Dry and no flavor what so ever. The place is nice and clean and it is quick and efficient. The restrooms were very clean! The egg rolls were overdone and the crab puffs lack favor as always. Also, why was there no bottle water offered to drink?
Been several times since I've moved to Nacogdoches and haven't got my order right yet. Will not be going back.

It was drive thru only (doors were locked) but the service and food was good.

A couple of our containers were open, my large sweet tea mixed with Minute maid lemonade tasted horrible like they gave me some old tea, it was nasty and bitter, the sauces from the dishes we ordered ended up inside of the plastic carryout bag, also tried to call to let them know and there is either something wrong with their business phone or they hung up on me.....COME ON PANDA EXPRESS DO BETTER !!! We are paying for this but make it worth it.....
