The early morning staff is fabulous especially the young black lady that works the second window around 7. She is friendly and nice every morning.
Food messy . Drink was mostly carbonated no flavoring. I told cashier it took 15 min for someone to brink fresh drink. Still same jo flavor.
Well, this isn't going to be a pleasant experience. The employees were incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked an elementary question and the response was, basically, "that's not my job so stop asking." Then she stopped taking my order and wouldn't respond. I got to the window and they didn't let me claim any rewards or use any deals, they gave me medium sized everything and I paid for large. Last time they messed up my order and I called, it was basically an oh well situation. I'm not even gonna waste my time. If someone rates this McDonalds 5 stars, they're being paid. They're never open till closing and you can see them just sitting in the window just watching, and won't ever speak to you.
I love this McDonald's, very professional and ALWAYS friendly, clean, and has Great Service!!!!
This is the second time I have bought food from McDonald’s and the meat was raw. I live 20 miles out of town. The only thing I can do is throw it away. I was there on Tuesday night around 9pm.
Staff was very impolite and door says lobby opens at 7 and they don’t open till 8. I wouldn’t come here if I didn’t have to drive across town to the other one.
We ordered a large take-out order of breakfast for our grandchildren and family. The breakfast burritos are more hearty here than I have had at other McDonald’s. The other breakfast items were hot and fresh, and the order was correct. Unfortunately the girl working the register must’ve been new and seemed not to know what she was doing and had difficulty with the touch screen placing our order because she had long fingernails end had difficulty because of that.
Sorriest meal .Need zero stars meat was raw. Contacted manager said they had new employees. Health department needs to check this location. I have never eaten at a McDonald's of this poor quality.
There is one thing that is always consistent over the entire country, when you see the Golden Arches you know what the food is going to taste like and that the place will be clean. When we travel this is important and we are in and out quickly.
Ok, why are y'all so angry? I smile and say hi how are you, please and thank you, and you roll your head and say mmm-hmm. Jeez, I get it, the job is thankless and you deal with terrible people all day, but if Iam trying to be courteous, why so hostile? I go to the other location because of the attitude of the employees.
