We don’t go to this McDonald’s very often. Employees seem fine. They seem to mess up our orders every time. Example, today we ordered our food and they forgot our fries. 3 fries. Always on the drive through. Ketchup seems to be a highly commodity, since they never give you any, even if you ask for it. they’re very nice to charge extra and still forget it. It’s a McDonald’s what can I say. I don’t usually write reviews, but this happens often, figure i would warn everyone!
Staff members at night time shift behave unprofessionally. To go into brief detail, cursing out loud used profanity while working talking to each other. For example “I told y’all to lock the MF door” was said as well as other things. I was sitting in the back of the restaurant and I could still hear them using unprofessional talk.
This particular spot had so many register issues outside and inside that people were driving away. Inside was pretty filthy.
Always messing up on my order and when I let yall know the manager gets an attitude.
Pretty unremarkable all the way round. Bad service, lukewarm food, and the lobby seems never to be open. Not to mention the flies. If you get a second to look at the black covered hooks that hold the clear panels; or the screen, or anything white for that matter: all of that is fly droppings. ?
Look it’s a solid McDonald’s. Nothing amazing, but they get their stuff done. The workers are nice enough and the food is what you expect from McDonald’s. Thankfully the place is super clean and even the bathrooms are too. Honestly a solid choice if you’re in town.
The young lady at window wasn't sure how to do something. She got manager without request and resolved issue. She was really awesome. Wish I knew her name.
We ordered the Mcribs and they were awful. Didn't taste as if they were cooked and just thrown together. BBQ sauce just on one end of the sandwich. It has given me a stomach ache and I will not be eating that ever again.
Today someone two cars ahead paid for my order in drive thru. To his we as greatly appreciated. I have done it his myself to help someone. I don't know yet he person but may God bless you for your kindness.
The sweet tea tastes like it was filtered through old socks! Today at least. Taste it and tell me I'm wrong ??
