Chloe with the Nacogdoches KFC is outstanding! She helped me greatly when I was feeling stressed. She's decisive, caring and kindhearted even when she doesn't have to be which with today's young generation speaks volumes! The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff is courteous, the restaurant & restrooms clean. Enjoyable experience.
My visit was a simple drive thru experience but for such, it was every good thing I expected. The person who took my order was helpful, polite and patient and also spoke clearly so our communication across the order board was issue free. The food was tasty and pleased me.
I ordered original recipe and received crispy, my order should have came with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and 1 Mac and cheese. I received 3 mashed potatoes and gravy. I went thru the drive thru asked to pull up and then asked to pull all the way back around to the front door which isn't easy to do at our location.
Friendly staff. Lobby was open, yet they said it was closed and to use the drive thru, which is strange. But the food was good in spite of the confusion!
My famous bowls barely had any chicken , went an asked for a refund the manager was rude an said she’s not giving me a refund because she see’s nothing wrong with the order , So I ask her to remake them an she refuses no , So I asked for corporate number an she gave me a ripped recipe avoid this place at all cost an yes im getting legal action taken.
Is this how you treat your valued customers KfC? I was displeased with the wings. Took one bite and did not touch the rest. The manager (over the phone, while I'm at the store) refused my refund. Didn't offer to remake. Is that why this lobby and drive thru was completely empty?Restaurant #G135856I did NOT get a refund AND I did leave those disgusting wings there. My husband purchased chicken @ KFC, determined that the biscuit & the chicken was reheated. Although the coleslaw was good will not buy anymore chicken from KFC.
Potatoe bowls are always good...chicken always as chicken should be from the Colonel... original or extra tasty crispy.
Chicken was over cooked. Dining room still closed
