If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude staff that leaves people in line and don’t even acknowledge they are there. Yet, if I went through the drive through it would have been 1 car deep and been served right away. I walked out and still the staff never knew someone was standing at the counter over 5 minutes. After twice giving them a try, won’t be back.
They're definitely short-staffed today but that didn't affect the workers... they were calm and collected and provided exquisite customer service. They showed patience to someone (me) who didn't know what they wanted, needed a drink that's not loaded with sugar, wanted more milk after the drink was made, and they even offered me an iced latte on the house since it wasn't available when I first got there and that's what I originally wanted. Very sweet workers
Shannon ALWAYS greets me with a smile when handing me my iced coffee. She’s such a kind person and even goes out of her way to ask me how I’m doing! She definitely deserves a raise!
What a Wonderful feeling Dunkin Donuts has giving me. It's more to me as a family environment the workers there are brilliant they caring about there customers. They more so treat you like family more so than a customer just passing threw Donkin Donuts is, and will be a place that I would recommend anybody to go there its a warm feeling as if you right at home. Again Anybody reading this no matter what part of the globe your in I've had my experience with Dunkin Donuts and there the best. Less Go !!! Staff greeted me and were very friendly. The coffee was hot and the donuts tasted good and you could tell they were fresh. Fast service, great location!
Very slow service and coffee was cold McDonald's is better
Horrible experience. Menu has plain or fancy donuts in drive thru. Told employee I would drive to window to order. Three employees chatting inside nobody would open window. When I opened it the drive thru employee proceeded to lecture me how he was going to describe the donuts to me. No. That’s not acceptable. Left and went to locally owned shop. Friendly fast service and donuts were made on site.
Coffee was good. Other than that donuts sucked. Hardly no selection on donuts. Asked how long to make more an they said we only make donuts once a day. Never be to a Dunkin Donuts that does not restock their donuts throughout the day.
Coffee and service are good. I like the breakfast sandwiches. It's also an ice cream shop.
When employees (blue hair) chatter over what other team members pay rate, loud enough you can hear it clearly in the drive-thru, then screw up your order, and lastly don't answer the phone so you can speak with someone about your wrong order... I support a living wage, but some people seem to go out of their way to set a negative example.
