Eating at the cutest diner. The decor is awesome as well as the service. Malisia is the best server. There's lots of history in the area and the food is amazing.
Our experience was so good here, we visited 3 times while in town for the Blueberry Festival. The food is just so good and the service doesn't get any better! We will definitely stop here anytime we are in town.
Love the food and services here. We had blueberry pancakes that were delicious. Our waitress was constantly checking on us. Tables were also cleaned quickly. This is our breakfast go to while in Nac! Can’t wait to return! Prices are great.
When traveling through Nacogdoches, TX, Dolli's Diner is definitely a place you will want to visit. We found this gem of a place today and we're quite impressed. This cute restaurant is nestled right on the corner of the lovely old down town square. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. I can't say enough for the food. We had fried green tomatoes, a fantastic meatloaf sandwich on sourdough bread with onion rings, the bacon cheeseburger, and a classic cheeseburger (both with fries.) We ate till we couldn't eat anymore and then packed the rest to go. ? Betty Boop seems to be their mascot as she is displayed among what looks like a local artist's paintings that they have showcased around the restaurant. Some of the paintings are even for sale. This home grown restaurant has been around for 6 years which made it through covid, and rightly so. The down to earth friendly employees and atmosphere combines with great food is a must see. You won't regret the experience. You can also conveniently walk off some of your meal and stretch your legs by strolling around the beautifully well kept historical town square.
I'm vegan and I came here for breakfast. It was better than I thought. All I could really do was tots with grilled vegetables on top but it was delicious! Our server was accommodating to my restrictions. It's a friendly, cozy, local diner with plenty of ambiance and ties to the town. We enjoyed a local zine while we ate our breakfast.It would be great if they added more vegan + gf options. It would definitely give us a reason to come back.
Although told 45 minute wait, our large psrty was seated within 15 minutes. Service was good and the food was so tasty. Highly recommend. Dolli herself served our food.

In any trip to Nacogdoches, you have to stop at at least one place in the legendary Square. And there is a place that does so much all day, and breakfast found me at Dolli's. After seeing the website for some pics, I couldn't wait to try their menu once I arrived in town. My first visit had me getting a taste of some down-home cooking while chatting with the locals there. I ordered biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage patties, sunny-side-up eggs, and home fries (skillet potatoes). Also snuck in a few bacon strips to round things out. The eggs were a bit cold but didn't taste bad. Most everything else was fabulous, with the potatoes as tasty of a side as I can have. Good sausage as well as very good bacon (perfectly smoked). Their coffee is better than what you'd find at most places. My second visit there (the next morning) made me want to try their chicken-fried steak. Glad I did. It was a wonderfully-cooked round chuck with a fabulously-coated breading, and then topped with a rich country gravy. The kitchen crew got their egg redemption on Day 2, as I ordered scrambled eggs, and those turned out fantastic. I sided those with some more home fries. And kudos to Claire and Netty for being gracious hostesses during my visits there. There are plenty of reasons to make future visits here, and I need to do at least one dinner thing here. The decor of the diner looks nostalgic, but the fact that they are in a historic building made the times I spent there a little more special. Check this place out for your morning fix!
The Best bacon! Hands down!Asked for pecans with my waffle..... They put it IN the batter, not just on top of the waffle!!!GAME CHANGER!!!!All the food was so good.Great atmosphere, super wonderful staff! Ask for Birdie, she is phenomenal!
Great prices and food can't be beat with the level of friendliness. Right in the heart of town would recommmend the Omelets anytime ?
