The employee just kept scrolling on her phone and would not take my order. Amazing. I waited and waited and she never looked up. I left.
Awesome food!! I’m down here from South Florida with my family this is the second time I’ve had barbecue since I’ve been home and it is by far hands-down the best barbecue and great service! They forgot our pecan pie I made a phone call and they were here in minutes knocking on the room door with it great hospitality great food thank you.
The food is really good. My favorite is the fried okra, smoked turkey, and sausage. So good! Least favorite; beans. We had to wait for a while too.
Perfect to stop when on a road trip. Food was great. Fast and friendly.

Food was great ! Very clean environment. The staff was friendly & very helpful with placing my order. One of the ladies knew all about the menu & what came with my order without having to check it. I would recommend this place anytime. I loved the service & will be coming back again. Thank you
Don’t know where to start! Dickey’s normally has good service and good food. This location is not ideal. I drove around the building to use the drive through. Two of the 3 display panels were swinging open and almost hit my car, they also had no literature. The 3rd was old and faded and useless. I should have left. I went inside and saw why. I was totally ignored by the 2 men working. There was 1 car in the drive through and 1 lady waiting inside. I was ignored till they were done. No greeting, no looks, no smile..I was ignored. When I ordered, the man had to turn and look at the menu to see what my plate consisted of. I repeated it 3-4 times. He just couldn’t remember it. He then stopped to again cut meat for the customer in the car. He and the other man just passed food back and forth and watched each other work. No team work to speed up service, just laziness. No gloves were used when handling the extra meat they didn’t need, he put it in the pan bare handed, the man also coughed into the air after turning his head, but still didn’t cover his mouth or have a mask. When I ordered at 5:50pm, they claimed to be out of brisket and to only have chopped. I repeated my order many times, even trying to give them a hint that I needed waffle fries, which they didn’t START making till my order was in the bag and paid for. So I had to then wait another 6 minutes for them to cook the fries. Service was bad, food was ok. This location is just sad at best.
I got Dickied....staff was not familiar with the menu...Luke warm food, okra was hot.spent 50 bucks and no rolls.?this was my one hot for the day...thanks ! Also got shorted on the kielbasa! Wont happen twice!
Its a hard review because I like the management but overall the costs and portion size, and the hit and miss with consistency effects my rating. I love their brisket sandwiches , not really a fan of anything else. They can get kinda bogged down but BBQ is not usually a fast service . Overall it's good at times but its more a luxury..I think kids still eat free on Sundays
