I normally visit by the drive through, but today I went in because the line was long. Customer service was very nice; however the AC was Out. I wanted a banana split, but was told they were out of bananas because thy were all spoiled due to the heat and no way to keep them cool.I visited about a month ago and was also told they were out of bananas. I don't remember the reason given.I became sweaty waiting for my blizzard! Please fix your AC.
Never seems to matter what time of day or what day I go on, they're out of stuff. Out of steak fingers, Ice Cream, makings for the ice cream, Taco salads, Chicken, condiments & napkins, soda, you name it. And lately it seems as though multiple times ive come into contact with staff that is rude & inept. Most likely not return to this location though I live here. Have traveled ALOT lately and purposely stopped at many out of town DQ's to compare and have not run into a single issue with others. Also noticing that other stores have made great strides in updating thier businesses and staff and ours hasnt even tried. Really becoming an isore. ???
I had issues with them being out of what I liked, but it wasn't a big deal since I'm not a picky eater. The main issue that the burger I got was super greasy, like almost inedible due to it causing the bun to be soggy. Only half of the burger was like that.
Our car group had mini blizzards and a banana split. The service was quick and friendly at the drive through.
Service was great the people were friendly . Food was good too.
We stopped during a road trip home from Dallas to get a treat. (Blizzards) they were great as usual. The staff was very friendly and fast. Would recommend.
My husband I pulled into Drive thru last night, it was dark and I did not see item from poster on menu ( pecan pie blizzard) I hopped out to go to front of store to read the advertisement. The lady speaking through drive through started yelling " can I help You" like 3 times , she could here my husband reply, she was so rude.I went back after 10 seconds and tried to order, what was on menu, I was told the caramel sea salt blizzard was not available, so I went with item choice off poster. When we pulled up to the window the attitude was extremely dramatic in body language and tone of voice. When she gave the blizzard to my husband upside down, she shut window rapidly without a word and walked away.My husband said "Thank You" but she never heard it as she was walking away.The pecan pie blizzard was tasty, but I won't go back to this location.Some people children really need to be prayed for, so young lady I don't know Your name but Jesus loves You, no matter what is causing your hard heart.
On the evening of November 5th I got my wife a meal here. They gave her two Hunger Busters when she ordered a Belt Buster meal. She called and spoke with a manager and he agreed to replace her burger. On the evening of November 7th I went to get her replacement burger. Everything was fine until my wife started to eat her burger. After 2 bites she saw it was pink inside. This time when called back she got a different experience. The manager on duty was overheard by my wife saying, "Don't these people know that we're busy? To make things worse they had my wife on hold for 49 minutes before someone hung up on her. We are NEVER eating here again.
Good food at a reasonable price. Always fresh and like home.
My order was accurate and fast. The food is good and staff was very friendly.
