Cotton Patch used to be good had some good flavor especially for the price at that time. Even though me and my wife ordered take out the quality is the worst we have ever seen and tasted. Best thing was the ice cream and rolls and that's sad. Burger tasted like lain groundmeat, no seasoning whatsoever, only flavor was the pickle and bacon. Fries had more salt than anything. Dessert was overpriced and bland. We had carrot cake, peach cobbler and Dr. Pepper cake and they were not it at all. Definitely not worth it.
Seated immediately since we were first in door waiting for them to open. Our waiter was fine and attentive. The food was horrible and ice cold. Expected to be hot since we were first in. Total disappointment. Will never go into Nacadoches location again.
Amazing service!!! We had a young man named Nick who went above and beyond to make our visit that much better. Our drinks were never half full with out him right there for a refill, and our food came out perfect even though our order can be quite difficult. All in all Nick will be our server from now on, five stars all around.
Came in today for our first time, and the atmosphere was amazing!!! Alex L was our server and he was AMAZING!!! We never went without a refill!! The food was amazing as well. This place has it together!!! U can tell they appreciate their customers.
Had a wonderful lunch today thanks to our waitress Sasha. She was so wonderful. We didn't have to wait for anything. Her smile and attitude absolutely brightened my day...
Nick was fabulous! I wasn’t even seated in his section, but when the other waiter failed to come by , I asked Nick for help as I had waited a bit . He politely checked for me , and when he couldn’t find the other waiter, he said he’d be happy to wait on me himself! He was very prompt and attentive . Everything a great waiter should be!
What a terrible experience. A well done steak came out medium rare. It was sent back and in under 5 minutes it was returned “well” aka microwaved. The baked potato was cold and had more scoops of butter than actual potato. The baked squash, which I was told was just squash had something mixed in it and was sweetened to the point it tasted like they mixed in a bunch of sugar. The tables were not being bussed when people left. I started looking around and noticed the floor of the restaurant under the tables was filthy, the booths were worn and the wood part of the booths on the floor was stained with dirt and grime. That was enough for me. I sent my food back and left. What a blemish this restaurant is on the Cotton Patch name.
Wanted a good meal..Ordered fish with squash, mac&cheese, mushroom and a cobb salad.All was hot delicious; and i was delighted with wait staff and food.I was a bit disappointed there was no ranch for my mushrooms..But with a world of complaints, i really was very satisfied..Thank you
If I could give 0 stars I would!!!I have come here for years with my family and it has become hit or miss. Theres used to be good service along with good food but lately they have gone downhill and this last visit has convinced us to not come back. The service was terrible and there was no management in sight. Food took unnecesarely long time and shortly after this visit the other two people with me got food poisoning. We understand if its busy or understaffed but that didnt seem to be a issue and we still received bad service all around.
Tristian? I think, hope I got his name right, he was very cool, great job. Everyone at my table loved their food mostly, with exceptions of temperature issues, otherwise, it was ok.
