While the prices go up the quality and service goes down , the food is gone to the dogs and the chickens literally .a feral cat would not eat the bacon quesidilla ,the food is dry ,no flavor, salty,the salsa watery,chicken to hard to eat ,a waste of money and time . my husband and I use to love this place today was our last order at the Nacogdoches location .very disappointed .
Took very long to get our food, wrong order, there were three of us and two had their food and since wrong order with one had longer wait and we were in there for about one and half hours and it wasn't real busy. The waiter kept going back talking to young girl and it was very hard getting his attention to help us then he would go back to the young girl. Sorry, but we were all very frustated.
They went above and beyond to provide us with an awesome experience! Great food, great staff, amazing manager. We were even allowed to celebrate our son’s birthday, cake and all! Not sure we’ll ever be back this way since we were visiting from out of town but you can bet if we are, will make it the first restaurant we visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not order online. They force you to pay a gratuity no matter what, and the least you can do is a 15% charge. They had the order ready 10 minutes before the estimated time, with no warning that it would be ready that early, meaning food was sitting while driving to get there. No signage pointing to 'pick up' parking.So by the time the food got to where it would be eaten. Everything is cold. Fries, mashed potatoes, and steaks not cooked to the indicated rarity.This experience was overall very bad after having two pretty good ones in the past. Very unfortunate! On top of no customer service provided to reach out about such a series of mishaps and troubles.
Literally some of the worst food I’ve ever had. The steak was 80% fat and gristle (see picture) and the burgers were extremely dry and missing half of the ingredients. To add insult to injury, the manager did absolutely nothing. Will never return.**update: Around 12 hours after eating here, woke up vomiting which continued for the next 16 hours. Don’t eat the black bean burger, pretty sure it gave me food poisoning!
I've been to a few different Chili's, but this was the cleanest restaurant I have been in hands down. Especially for it being as busy as it was when we got there. We did have a wait to sit down, but we got our food really fast and had a great server. All around, a great experience.
We got our drinks and ordered with our waitress. We had another couple sit next to us she attended to after we got our salads. We sat there for an hour waiting in our main meal. The couple next to us was completely finished with their food and paying by the time we got ours. The food was SO DRY because it had probably been sitting in the window for 30+ minutes. My husband works in the food industry so we knew how long it would be in the window till it got that bad/dry. He also got bad corn, it had spots all over it like it was the oldest corn in the building. We were there a total of an hour and a half the couple was there about 45 minutes. My husband and I walked out because it was SO BAD.
Whoever cooked my asaragus.. it was amazing. Chicken was crispy, and my waitress made sure my glass stayed FULL. Good everytime! Recommend.
Went during lunch, only had 45 minutes to order, eat and leave to head back to work. We ordered an appetizer,, entree, and desert and was able to enjoy all of it and was able to get back to work on time. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Would recommend to others.
