I was a regular before the pandemic but since then Chicken Express has gone downhill. Service is poor and orders wrong pretty often. Went thru the drive-through yesterday and took my box home. They gave me okra rather than fries but worse than that, my cup of tea had no ice in it. That was a mistake made on purpose if you ask me. And the meal that was $8.32 is now $10.81 to boot. Take your business elsewhere!
First time eating at chicken express. Man it was good! Nice people and patient with me while I looked at the menu.
Terrible customer service, didn’t even give napkins, silverware or a bag. Associates had bad attitude. Gave the wrong receipt, and I need to expense the meal. Will never visit again, and can’t recommend it. Only the drive thru was open, and the place wasn’t busy at all. Associates had an attitude they didn’t want to be bothered. Surprised the place is in business, owner definitely needs to spend some time at the business if they hope to keep it open.
Second time in two weeks it has been something wrong with the chicken. Last week I was given old chicken but I returned it. Showed the young lady and asked her doe this look pleasing and she said no ma’am. Now today I can’t eat more than two bites off a wing and it is full of salt. When I tried to call back no one answers.??♀️
This was my second time ever stopping by a chicken express.. Ordered a chicken strip combo and some gizzards at the drive-thru. I was so excited about the gizzards..i took the first bite and it was undercooked... I spit it out and instantly threw up. It was a horrible experience. Needless to say I felt nauseous the rest of the day. :( Never Again will I go to any Chicken Express.
Waited 18 minutes after we had ordered and paid in the drive thru and then was noticed by an employee who we could tell realizes that we had been there. And the customer service was next to none
Worst chicken express ever! Makes you never want chicken again! Burned my okra, chicken was dry, messed up about 5 things on our order. I will say their rolls were amazing. But everything else even the mashed potatoes were terrible.
Less than one star. I called my order in because I have a large family, so it was a big order. The poor service started there. I got there to pick it up 30 minutes later, they handed me a number, then BEGAN to cook my meal. After waiting 32 more minutes I received my order. My okra was burnt and I have never seen chicken legs this small in my life. Never again will I spend my money there!!!! They weren't super busy, they appeared to be adquately staffed. I was order #142 and they got to #148 before me. The drive thru was busy, but that's why I called ahead, although they made the out to be just as pointless as these tiny drumsticks they gave us.
The worst chicken express iv been to and I love chicken express I was really disappointed the chicken felt and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for hours I had ordered mashed potatoes with my chicken and I got this plastic bowl with literally a spoon full in it I called to speak with a Mgr and some rude girl says she is the Mgr I told her I took pics and would bring it back up there to them and boy did she just get even more rude and didn't offer to fix anything so...I spent 14.05 on old chicken and a spoon of mashed potatoes definitely not the one to go to if u want ur stuff right or friendly service
The food is good. Most of the time. But we rarely ever get our complete order. Something is always left off. The staff act like they are to busy talking to wait on you. Then they never get the order right.
