So we live in NacogdochesTX and the Chick-fil-A here in the past has been great. As of the last 3 months I don't know what has happened! Take my order and payment in the normal drive around fashion. But for the last 4 times we have visited they have forgotten parts pieces of our order. Take it back and redo it right yeah well I'm sick of driving 12 miles to right their wrong. But I'd have to say this last time did it for us took the order back and asked them to remake it because at this point its cold from driving it all the way back right. They said no not our policy to fix what we mess up today I guess. Rude manager 04/18/22 8:00pm so we got a complete refund and won't be returning. But they have plenty of customers right why should they give a care!
They constantly keep screwing up my order. I never tell them that i want the deluxe chicken sandwich, but they keep giving it to me even if i order more than one sandwich, at least one of the sandwiches will always be the deluxe.
I was so disappointed at this place we were there 8 minutes before they closed so one of their employees ask me for my name because I was gonna be the last one to be served, we waited in line for 20 mins just to be told that they stop serving at 10 pm, and I told the manager that they just made us waste 20 mins and I was told I was gonna be the last one and all she said is that she can’t do anything about it. I was so disappointed because that’s not something common to hear from Chick-fil-A. I’m so mad because I had to tell my kids that there was meal for dinner. It broke my heart when they started crying.
The worst drive through in Nacogdoches. Scratch that, the worst drive through in Texas. Don’t come here if you’re not going in. Food is ok, but not worth the miserable drive through experience.
Always amazing service. Tasty food. Lines sometime long, but worth the wait.
Got my order, waffle fries were not cooked enough and my chicken sandwich was not crispy at all, no ketchup on the bag either.
The only issue with this Chick-Fil-La is the "awkward" drive through lanes. I know it is the way the store was built and they can not do anything about that. You always get fast, prompt friendly service here. The food is ways hot and fresh. It is very rare that I had to pull into a spot and wait for food. This is a must stop for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack.
This place is always super efficient and crazy fast. Friendly staff and now offering some community events. I was going weekly for a while because of pregnancy cravings and only one time ever had an error with my food. I did have to drive back but they made it right without question.
Long line. Never knew there could be traffic in a restaurant parking lot
