Good food. Waitress was very attentive and friendly.
My family and I decided to dine here after graduation on May 27, 2022. This was by far the worst experience ever. We ordered the street tacos(tasted like Great Value Tuna fish, Fries (tasted like cardboard box), nachos (hard as rocks,) lemon pepper wings( tasted like Christmas cookies), sweet boneless bbq wings ( cold frozen chicken) and queso ( tasted like it was a week old. I can't believe how disgusting it was. We were forced to eat it, because there was no other places open .I wouldn't recommend a rat to eat here.
Went late, right before last call for my best friends birthday bar crawl this past Friday night - bartender was awesome and totally made our night. Asked him to surprise us with a few desserts and put them on my tab and he brought out a few slices of cheesecake and made my best friend a special 21st birthday shot. Thanks dude, you were the highlight of the night.

Don’t waste your time. I travel all over the country every week. And eat out pretty much daily and have never been to a more poorly managed restaurant. I ordered a take out order on line and when I arrived I waited over an hour before asking for a refund, they told me they couldn’t refund my money because there was no manager on site??!! During the dinner rush? What!! Simple solution, give me cash or a gift card, or even better, give me my food!!! Left after 1 hour 30 minutes no food, no refund. 3 other people left with no food and I didn’t see a single person actually receive their order. The girl working take out would just leave for long periods of time with no updates not answering the phone, nothing I’m sure because there was no food or updates to give anyone. Absolutely dreadful excuse for a dining establishment.
Chicken had an unacceptable amount of feathers fried on boned pieces. How hard can it be to see and clean those things off.? Not busy when I picked up my order. Flavor was bland and dry. Teriyaki has too much ginger for me. Ultimate nachos had cold, congealed cheese and some sliced jalapeños. Ultimate $10 failure. Staff was pleasant.
There was a new trainee and he was doing a swell job jatarion was amazing however his trainer needs some work she has an attitude with him for trying to learn what he was doing and she had a very poor attitude all together
Many good times here but this place has really gone down hill. Placed an order on line a couple of weeks ago and the food was cold (not great for wings) and we were missing items. I didn’t call and complain because everyone has a bad day, right? We ordered again tonight and BAM! same issue with even more items missing…. I called the store to voice my concerns and speak to the manager. They put me on hold…. for 10 minutes. I thought that we had been disconnected because all I had was dead air. Called back, sorry sir we can’t find the manager? On hold for 5 minutes… Manager answered the phone ( needs some empathy training) sorry sir but if you’ll drive back over…. Ma’am can you tell me why we didn’t get the ice cream and sauce for my wife’s cake? Manager, are you sure that you ordered that, just give me a few minutes to pull up your order….. DONE! I will not in good faith recommend this restaurant any longer.Two doors down is Bottle Cap Alley, they will be happy to take my money.
I got wings with the Teriyaki sauce and spicy garlic and they did not taste good at all. I also accidentally left my reusable metal straw in my drink and they threw it away. When I called about it they were very unhelpful and seemed irritated. Our server was very sweet though so at least there was that.
