Eat here. Seriously.The brisket is amazing!!! And the macaroni is fantastic.Ask anyone in Nacogdoches and they all say Brendyn's is great.We changed the date of our trip to Nac to try this restaurant, featured in Texas Monthly, and we were not disappointed. We had high expectations and it met all of them. Everything on the menu is great, but it is not an exaggeration that the brisket is definitely some of the best in the state of Texas.We will eat here every time we come Nacogdoches from now until Jesus returns.
Brendyn's was great. Fantastic meal, we had 2 McCoy's both pulled pork and brisket the BBQ was tender and favorable. The staff were great and we enjoyed our time there.I highly recommend Brendyn's to everyone as a place to visit when your in Nacogdoches.
Quite possibly the best BBQ around. Everything is made with an obvious love for the food. The price is fair for the quality. Service was excellent. Get there early, currently they open at 1100, because they will sell out! Especially if you want their unbelievable jalapeño poppers ?
4/5 compared to all other Texas barbecue I've eaten throughout the course of my life until this point. I have also worked as an assistant pit master for Freedman's Barbecue in Austin, TX and have an AAS Culinary Arts degree. Take it for what you will.

Came here for a business lunch. Ordered the Super Spud and it was super! Food flavor and temperature were good. Speed of service was excellent. Definitely recommend for good BBQ.
Excellent Brisket. Had the brisket taco and the jalapeno cream corn.
